Wir sind sind beides sehr umgängliche Personen, die gerne mal zusammen feiern und abends chillen, jedoch auch öfters eigene dinge unternehemen.
Es gibt keine großartigen Regeln.
Die Miete beträgt 360 € pro monat inkl ALLEM (d.h. inkl. Nebenkosten, Telefon Flat, 100MBIT ADSL , Strom, Heizung, etc.) Machen natürlich kein Gewinn und moechte legen viel wert auf Erhlichkeit und Vertrauen
Alter und geschlecht sind gundsätzlich egal!
Du wohnst dann direkt am schönen Forkenbergplatz und man kann mit der U5 Samaritastr, S-Bahn StorkowerStr bzw. Frankfurter Allee, M10 Bersarinenplatz oder M21 Proskauer Str. fahren.

Es gibt natürlich bei dem Preis auch einen Haken, Du kannst dich leider bei und derzeitig nicht melden. Ausserdem sind auch wir in der lage das der Vermieter gerne modernisieren würde und im rechtstreit, was dich nur in daher betreffen kann das wir nicht wissen wie lange wir noch hier wohnen können. (Unsere Anwältin ist guter dinge, keine Kosten, keine Arbeit für dich)
