Tammy and Machete (Maine Coons from Germany) and Moritz (Germany) and I (Alex - also from Germany) seek a new flatmate for our spacious apartment located in the heart of Friedrichshain as of 1st of April.
About the apartment:
Spacious room located on the 4th floor of a slightly newish/kinda old but not quite alt bau building
The room is spacious with a nice wooden floor and a lot of sun.
Located 2 mins from Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn and U5 U-Bahn (very convenient)
Also located within minutes of Warschauer Str., Revaler Str., and other fun Friedrichshain Strs.
Spacious 113 m2 apartment with shared kitchen/bathroom (shared with us, not the neighbors)
Lots of amenities nearby (spatis, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars, hipsters, etc.)
500 euro/month rent which includes everything (heat + electricity + internet + CLEANING SERVICE every two weeks)
The flat is fully equipped (washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, etc.)
The room will be furnitured with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a drawer. Not with the current furniture or the one in the pictures!
About us:
Moritz is working as an It Specialist.
I was working in the world of marketing and Am now doing experiential and wilderness pedagogy. I have a variety of interests (film, fitness, art etc). We like to keep things chill at the apartment. A couple drinks here and there but no crazy after hours.
As mentioned above, we live with two Maine Coons, a particularly large, hairy, lovable breed of cat. It is important that our renter gets along well with Tammy and Machete, is motivated to life with cats. and can take care of them from time to time. This includes the occasional feeding and litter box cleaning.
More than just paying the bills, it's important that we can all get along as roommates, so please tell us a bit about yourself (feel free to send FB links) in your application and dont forget your mobile number.

Die Waldeyerstrasse liegt unmittelbar am S+U-Bhf Frankfurter Allee im ruhigeren Nordkiez. Die Ringbahn, U5, M13 und 16 sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Späti und die beste Bäckerei Berlins (Fröhliche Bäckerei), sowie die beiden Ringcenter komplettieren mit seinen zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die hervorragende Infrastruktur. 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur Simon-Dach-Str. bzw. zur Revaler Str.
Weitere "Mitbewohner" sind zwei sehr entspannte Maine Coon Katzen; Tammi, die kleine Terrorbraut und Machete, der entspannte Riese.
Nun zu Dir:
Wenn du kein Katzenallergiker bist, du dich nicht nur im Zimmer einschließt und keine reine Zweck-WG suchst...dann schick mir eine kurze Mail die über "Hallo, ich bin rischti toll und will dit Zimmer" hinaus geht. Nimm dir kurz Zeit und schreib was aussagekräftigstes über dich und gib bitte auch deine Handynummer für eventuelle Nachfragen an.
Bitte kurz per Mail oder SMS vorstellen, ich melde mich dann telefonisch bei euch zwecks WG-Tour. Unbedingt Telefonnummer mit angeben!
