Hallo zusammen,
ich suche kurzfristig jemanden die/der vom 01.11. langfristig mit mir zusammenwohnen möchte. meine beiden derzeitigen MitbewohnerInnen sind ein Paar und haben sich nun dazu entschlossen sich eine eigene Wohnung zu nehmen. Die beiden Zimmer sind nicht sonderlich groß, aber dafür zum Hinterhof raus, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist also möglich. Ich hab auch kein größeres Zimmer, und vorher immer in größeren Räumen gehaust, aber die einladend ausladende Küche macht das alles wieder wett. Ich wohne hier schon seit November 2014 und fühle mich hier sehr wohl.
Mein Name ist Florian, ich bin Sozialarbeiter und Musiker (Bassist) und bin 35 Jahre alt.
Eine Kaution (515) musst du zusammen mit der ersten anteiligen Miete parat haben!

i am looking for someone on a short notice that would like to move in with me from the 1.11 on.
My current flatmates are a couple and have decided to move in to their own apartment and live the couple life.
Neither of the two available rooms are really big, but the upside is that they face towards the backyard, meaning that sleeping quietly with an open window is no problem.
My room is not that big either, but the inviting common living space and spacious kitchen makes is all great.
I have been living here since November 2014 and really feel at home.

Am Bersarinplatz am Frankfurter Tor in Fridrichshain.
Man hat alles was man braucht in fußläufig schnell erreichbarer Nähe EDEKA-Reichelt, Dennis-Biomarkt, Kiezmarkt, Speti, Kneipen und Bars, Cafe´s und so (man muss hier irgendwie eine gewisse anzahl an Zeichen eigeben um weiter machen zu können :/) und ist VBB-mäßig auch top angebunden.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG sondern wollen auch gemeinsam, im Wohnungszentrum, der Küche, zusammen sitzen können ohne uns anzuschweigen, während jeder/jede sein eigenes Süppchen kocht. Wir sind keine Putzteufel*in, aber wir wollen nicht immer erst mal die Küchenzeile putzen und abwaschen müssen um kochen zu können. Wenn wir alle gemeinsam darauf achten, dass immer eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit eingehalten wird, geschieht das, denken wir, zum Wohle aller.
