My place is a big "altbau" (old building) apartment. We have high ceilings, a wooden floor and a lot of space in kitchen to chill and a studyroom to work as well. You will live with my brother Michael (32 years old )and my cat Sissie in a beautiful 90 m2 apartment right in the heart of Berlin!Your room is very big (approximately 26m2).The building is located in in Friedrichshain. The neighborhood is quite busy, but our street is very calm .You can find one big supermarket near by the house and a lot of nice restaurants and beautiful bars. But if you're not into nightlife, you're in the perfect spot to go anywhere including a 20m walk to the Berlin Wall and 5 min walk to the charming park ’Volkspark Friedrichshain. You will have access to the U5 Samariterstraße and the S-bahn lines Frankfurter Allee (only 5 min to Ostbahnhof and Alexanderplatz) Wifi Internet is available and you´re free to use it. Unsere Wohnung liegt im Samariterkiez. Zur gleichnamigen (U)Station "Samariterstraße läuft man 5 Minuten, zur Ringbahn((S)Frankfurter Allee) sind es 8 Minuten.
Das Kneipenviertel rund um die Simon-Dach-Straße ist ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Schön ist auch der Volkspark Friedrichshain(15 Minuten).
Mit der U5 kann man direkt zum Alexanderplatz durchfahren (5 Stationen).
Our flat is in the Samariter neighborhood. It's a 5 min walk away from the SamariterStraße station on the U5, and 8 min away from the Frankfulter Allee on the S.
The bars area around the Simon-Dach-Straße is about a 10 min walk away. There's also the Friedrichshain Volkspark located 15 min away.
With the U5 you're 5 stops away from Alexanderplatz
