Das Zimmer ist etwa 25 m2 groß und es ist alles da, was du so brauchen könntest (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Laminatfußboden). Ansonsten gibt es eine große Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In der Miete (450€) sind alle Kosten (Nebenkosten, Internet etc.) enthalten.
The room is around 25 sqm and has everything you might need (bed, wardrobe, desk, couch). There is a large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and a bath room with a tub. The rent (450€) includes all cost like electricity and internet.
Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe des Bersarinplatz (direkt um die Ecke), wo die M10 zur Warschauer Straße oder in den Prenzlauer Berg fährt. Auch am Frankfurter Tor ist man in etwa 5 Minute. Zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Storkower Straße braucht man etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
The flat is very well situated close to Bersarinplatz (just around the corner) where the Tram is leaving for Warschauer Straße or to Prenzlauer Berg. To the U-Bahn station Frankfurter Tor you only need 5 minutes by foot, and also the S-Bahn station Storkower Straße is in walking distance (10-15 minutes).
Ich bin 35 und arbeite bei einer Non-Profit im Bereich Bildung und auf Grund der Situation gerade im Home-Office. Das Zusammenleben mag ich am liebsten entspannt, also mal zusammen in der Küche sitzen und quatschen aber auch mal seine Ruhe haben, wie es sich eben ergibt. Ansonsten koche und backe ich gerne und unter normalen Umständen liebe ich es zu reisen.

For me it is important that living together is relaxed, so its great to sit together in the kitchen and have a chat once in a while, but it is important that everyone has the space they need to do their own thing. I love to cook and bake and under normal circumstances I enjoy travelling.
Besichtigungs-/Kennenlerntermine können ab sofort per Email vereinbart werden. Schreib ruhig ein paar Infos über dich, braucht aber kein Roman sein, da man sich sowieso am Besten persönlich kennenlernt. Was das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum angeht sind wir etwas flexibel, also über ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger lässt sich schon reden.
