Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 80 m2 groß, hat eine geräumige Küche und ein Bad, in dem man sich auch bequem umdrehen kann. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral (Simon-Dach-Kiez) in F'hain. Alle Öffis sind gut zu erreichen, nach Kreuzberg, Mitte und Prenzlberg ist es nicht weit. Das Zimmer geht zum Hof raus, deshalb ist es - obwohl im Kiez viel los ist - ruhig.
Der Betrag von 345 Euro splittet sich wie folgt auf:
- 290 Euro sind die Warmmiete (Miete + Wasser + Heizung)
- 55 Euro sind Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas, Internet
Bitte schreib bei Deiner Anfrage dazu, wie lange Du in etwa vorhast (bzw. vorhersehen kannst), hier zu wohnen. Ein Jahr oder länger wär schon gut.
Die Wohnung ist frühestens ab dem 1.3., jedoch auch ab dem 15.3. Spätester Termin zur Vermietung ist der 1.4., die beiden erstgenannten Termine sind aber die bevorzugten.
Verkehrsanbindung: sehr gut
Ich wünsche mir, dass meine Mitbewohnerin umgänglich und gesprächig ist, hab' da aber kein bestimmtes, festgelegtes Bild vor Augen. Ich wohne seit 2003 in WGs und hab schon mit sehr vielen unterschiedlichen Menschen zusammengelebt.
