gemütliches Zimmer in entspannter 4er WG in Friedrichshain // Cosy room in chilled WG

Einen Katzensprung entfernt von allen coolen Bars und Cafes am Boxhagener Platz mit Märkten am Wochenende und in der Nähe von 4 Supermärkten, vielen Restaurants und Shops, direkt vor der Tür die Simon Dachstrasse mit allem, was man braucht. Einschließlich nerviger Touristen, aber man gewöhnt sich daran und es ist auch schön dort zu leben wo alles passiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist entspannt und ruhig, kein großer Lärm von Nachbarn oder der Straße (mit geschlossenen Fenstern).

Only a heartbeat away from the coolest bars and cafes in the Boxhagener platz area, with markets on the weekend. We're close to 4 supermarkets, a lot of restaurants and shops of any kind, Simon-Dach Strasse is right under you with everything you need. Including tourists but you get used to them, and its also nice to live right here where everything is happening. The flat itself is relaxed and quite, no noise coming from neighbors nor the street (with the windows closed.)

Wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte und unkomplizierte definitiv "NICHT ZWECK WG" in der jeder seine Freiräume und Ruhe bekommt wie er sie braucht und so soll es auch bleiben. Wir hätten also gerne jemanden, der gerne aktiv Zeit in der WG verbringt und nicht nur in seinem Zimmer sitzt. Wir treffen oft im Wohnzimmer aufeinander um geplant oder ungeplant den Abend zu verbringen. Sonst hat aber jeder seinen eigenen Tagesablauf und ist auch mal mehr und mal weniger hier anzutreffen. Wir sind auch keine Putzplanfanatiker, sondern vertrauen gern darauf, dass jeder von allein sieht wo mal Hand angelegt werden muss und sich in einem gesunden Maß um die Wohnung und deren Zustand kümmert.

Luke ist ein typischer, nicht so typischer Londoner, der in einer Ska-Punk-Band Trompete gespielt hat, in der IT Branche arbeitet, aber um dorthin zu kommen, braucht er morgens jede menge Wecker. Er kann deinen Tag mit englischer Tradition retten, dir zu jeder Tageszeit Tee zu servieren. Er hört nie auf, die Stadt zu erkunden. Sein neuestes Hobby ist es mit dem Fahrrad die Berliner Umgeben zu entdecken.

Amelie ist ein entspannte Mitbewohnerin. Sie versucht, es als Fotografin in der Berliner Kreativszene zu machen. Sie lernt Italienisch, kocht super gerne und geht sehr viel in Yoga. Sie liebt Techno- und Jazzmusik, trägt viel Schwarz und möchte diesen Sommer surfen gehen!

Henry ist ursprünglich Kölner und in der Musikbranche tätig. Tagsüber ist er meistens im Studio und ansonsten für die schönen Dinge im Leben zu begeistern... Er macht außerdem die beste Pesto der Welt und kocht sehr gerne.

In unsere Wohnung sollen bald ein paar Veränderungen passieren, du solltest also Lust auf ein bisschen Renovieren und Dekorieren haben und im Bestfall sogar ein paar Schmuckstücke mitbringen um aus einer etwas verrümpelten WG-Buden wieder etwas besonderes zu machen.

We are a pretty relaxed and uncomplicated, definitely no "ZWECK WG". Here everyone gets their freedom and peace as they need and so it should stay that way. So we would like to have someone who enjoys spending time in the shared space and not just sitting in their room. We often sit in the living room, eating, drinking, chatting, socializing; sometimes planned and sometimes spontaneously. Everyone has their own daily routine, but can still be found here from time to time. We are also no cleaning fanatics, but we expect that everyone does their bit to keep the flat clean and in a good condition for us all to enjoy.

Luke is a typical not so typical Londoner, used to play trumped in a ska punk band, (.....) , working in it, but for getting there he needs tons of alarms in the morning. He can save your day with english tradition serving you a tee any time of the day and with the right saying for the ups and downs of the everyday hustle. He never stops exploring the city. His newest hobby is going to borders of berlin with this bike.

Amelie is a friendly and sweet girl trying to make it as a photographer on the Berlin creative scene. She is learning Italian, enjoys baking, and yoga. She loves techno and jazz music, wears a lot of black and is looking to take up surfing this summer!

Henry is originally from Cologne and works in the music industry. During the day he is usually in the studio and otherwise thrilled about the beautiful things in life ... He also makes the best pesto in the world and cooks very good.

In our flat soon a few changes are already happening. We are trying to improve the condition of the flat, so should you feel like helping us this would be greatly appreciated.

Zusammenfassend suchen wir einen entspannten Mitbewohner, mit dem wir uns gerne bei einem Wein oder Bier hinsetzen oder WG-Aktivitäten planen. Wir sind keine Party WG, was nicht bedeutet, dass wir nicht (zusammen) feiern gehen oder Leute in unser großes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer einladen. Außerdem wäre es toll, wenn du Englisch sprichst, Luke lernt gerade Deutsch, aber lange Gespräche werden immer noch auf Englisch geführt.

To put it in a nutshell, we are looking for a relaxed roommate with whom we would like to sit down for a wine or beer or plan WG activities. We are not a party WG, which does not mean that we do not go out (together), celebrate or invite people to our big and cosy living room. On top it would be great if you can speak English, Luke is currently learning German, but long conversations are still conducted in English.
