Schönes großes Zimmer im Simon-Dach Kiez zu vermieten

Das Zimmer hat ca 25 m2 und liegt mit großen Fenstern zum ruhigen Hinterhof hinaus.
Es ist großzügig geschnitten und hat einen frisch abgezogenen Dielenboden. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es gibt auch einen Balkon in der Wohnung

Die Küche ist schön geschnitten, man kann gut zu zweit sitzen und nebenher kochen, das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Dusche.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen jungen Friedrichshain, nahe der bekannten Warschauerstr und des Boxhagener Platzes, welche beide fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten entfernt sind
Am Boxhagener Platz gibt es Samstag und Sonntag immer einen Markt auf dem man coole Sachen kaufen kann.

Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich die berühmte Simon-dach str.
Es gibt zahllose Cafes und Bars, so wie Clubs und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind viele vorhanden und zu fuß in ca 5 min zu erreichen ( rewe, Aldi und dm )

Die Trambahn M13 und M10 sind direkt um die Ecke. Sbahn: Warschauer Straße und Frankfurter Allee. (Ringbahn s41/42, s5,s7,s75, s9..etc)

Ich bin 28, komme ursprünglich aus München und arbeite und wohne seit über 7Jahren hier in Berlin.
Mit mir kann man eigentlich immer Spaß haben und über alles sprechen :)

Zu meinen Interessen zählen Anime ( großer Pluspunkt wenn du Anime liebst ) , Gaming, verschiedene Kulturen, Reality TV, YouTube channels etc., drink and basteln ist auch oft drin.
Ich gehe super gerne auf den Markt und bin auch immer down für coffee and Snacks.. ( I love donuts and cake 😍) oder gern bisschen durch die Gegend laufen mit Späti Bier oder eine sexy Flasche Prosecco ✌🏼

Musik technisch stehe ich überhaupt nicht auf Techno etc.
Und suche auch niemanden der viel auf Partys geht 🥲
Ich höre gerne Hip hop, Rap, Trap etc. ( Uzi is king )

Ich spiele gerne laser tag oder Basketball, im Winter snowboarde ich und mache manchmal Yoga aber in a non Öko way. ;)


Für das Zimmer suche ich jemanden, der offen und entspannt ist, gern mal was zusammen unternimmt oder zusammen abhängt , außerdem ist es mir wichtig, dass sich unsere Interessen überschneiden.

Du solltest schon sehr sauber sein und gerne schön wohnen wollen.

Der Vertrag ist vorerst auf 6 Monate befristet,
aber mit Option auf unbefristete Verlängerung

The room has 25 m2 and wide windows, facing to the quiet backyard. Its very quiet und calm, but as well you've got a lot of daylight in there
its a very spacious room with a new and nice wooden floor.
as well there's a balcony in the flat which you can use.

The flat is located in Friedrichshain, which is one of the youngest and nicest areas in Berlin. Right around the boxhagener platz and the famous Warschauerstr.
The Simon- Dach str with many bars, cafes and restaurants is just one minute away.

in the area where the flat is located, there are many cool bars, cafes and also clubs, just a few meters away.
there are plenty grocery and convenient stores ( Rewe, Aldi and dm) which are open until 23:00 and the Rewe 24/7

Tram M13 and M10, Sbahn ( ringbahn etc.) are very easy to reach and not far away.
You should be an open minded person, who likes to cook, drink or go out together.. usually i live with my best friend, so I'm looking for someone who's fun and easy.

I like to listen to hip hop, rap, trap etc, and would like to vibe with my flatmate in that sense.

I love anime ( big bonus if you love anime!) , gaming, watch a lot of YouTube stuff and documentaries.
I snowboard, play basketball, do yoga and play laser tag.
sometimes I’m crafty ( always drink and craft!)
