Das Zimmer ist 10qm Groß und hat schon einige möbel wie eine Schlafcouch, ein Schreibtisch + Stuhl und ein kleiner Kleiderschrank. Es würde aber locker noch einen Schrank im Zimmer passen.
The room is 10m2 big and is furnished, a sofa which turns into a bed, a desk with a chair and a small wardrobe. There would still be some space for another wardrobe.
Die WG befindet sich an der Tram Station Paul Heyse Str. und liegt perfekt. 1 minute laufen bis zum Volkspark und der M10, 10 minuten bis zur S-Bahn Station Landsberger Allee wo die RIngbahn fährt. Man kommt also überall ganz schnell hin.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug (Netto+Rewe)
The flat is just a minute away from the Tram station Paul Heyse Str. and the Volkspark, so you got the M10 right across the street and if you walk a bit more (around 10 mins) you can catch the Ringbahn at the Landsberger Allee Station. So all in all you get everywhere pretty fast
Groceries can be done by walking distance at Rewe or Netto
Alles ganz entspannt, Beide Mitbewohner sind Studenten, haben beide ein verschiedenen Rhythmus also sieht man sich nicht ganz so oft, aber ein Bier in der Küche oder im Sommer am Balkon zu quatschen geht immer!
Everything is pretty chilled down, both flatmates are Students, one is German and the other British. Everyone has kind of a different rythm so you won't see them all the time but there's always room for a beer in the kitchen or a talk on the balcony in the summer!
Womit verbringst du gern deine Zeit? Stell dich kurz vor. Brauchen kein Lebenslauf oder was auch immer. Doch wüssten wir gern, wer hier einziehen würde!
