Das Zimmer ist gut geschnittene und gemütliche 14qm groß und liegt ruhig im Hinterhof. Bett und andere Möbel (Sessel, Tisch, Teppich etc.) sind vorhanden, entsprechen aber nicht unbedingt den Möbeln auf den Bildern. Alles kann aber auch in den Keller geräumt werden, wenn du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchtest.

The room is cozy, 14qm big and quietly located in the backyard. Bed and other furniture (armchair, table, carpet etc.) are available, but do not completely correspond to the furniture in the pictures. Everything can be moved to the basement if you want to bring your own furniture.
Die Wohnung ist in Friedrichshain. Der Volkspark Fhain ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für super Essen, Kaffee oder einen Drink, alles 5 min zu Fuß. Man ist in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad am Boxhagener Platz, dort gibts am Wochenende immer einen Wochen- und Flohmarkt. Dort sind auch viele nette kleine Läden zum dran vorbei schlendern oder stöbern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind top: Kaufland, Rewe, Penny alles maximal 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der Ring Bahn (S41/42), U 5 und der Tram (M10) ist man auch richtig gut angebunden.

The apartment is in Friedrichshain. The Volkspark is just around the corner and there are many opportunities for great food, coffee or a drink, all within a 5-minute walk. Also close by is Boxhagener, where you can find a weekly and flea market at the weekends. There are also lots of nice little stores to stroll past or browse. Shopping facilities are great: Kaufland, Rewe, Penny all within 10 minutes walking distance. The Ringbahn (S41/42), U5 and streetcar (M10) are also very well connected.
Hier leben Tomi und Agustina. Tomi is Argentinier und lebt schon länger in der WG. Er ist Kameraassistent und oft für Projekte unterwegs. Agustina ist auch aus Argentinien, noch neu in Berlin und wird wie du nur für Februar und März zur Zwischenmiete in der Wohnung wohnen. Danach ziehe ich, Leoni, wieder in meine alte WG ein. Deine beiden Mitbewohner*innen sprechen Spanisch und Englisch.

Tomi and Agustina live here. Tomi is Argentinian and has lived in the shared flat for a long time. He is a camera assistant and often on the road for projects. Agustina is also from Argentina, has just moved to Berlin and will like you, only be living in the apartment as a temporary tenant for February and March. After that I, Leoni, will move back into my old flat share. Your two flatmates speak Spanish and English.
