Hallo, ich habe im Moment leider keine Zeit für mein Zimmer in unserem Hausprojekt und vermiete daher auf Wochen-/Monatsbasis. Die Situation ist etwas besonders. Wir sind ein Hausprojekt und wohnen verteilt auf 5 Etagen. Bitte nur melden, wenn du mir einer sehr einfachen Ausstattung zurechtkommst. Das Bad ist in der 5 1/2 Etage und das Zimmer in der ersten. Es gibt jedoch eine Küche und Toilette in der 1. Außerdem haben wir einen eigenen Hinterhof mit Begrünung/ BBQ und insgesamt viel Platz. Trotzdem ist hier ist alles etwas rustikal. Aber garantiert eine Erfahrung wert!
Mindestaufenthalt 14 Tage (besser 1 Monat). Bis 2 Wochen = 12€/ Tag, ansonsten 250€/ Monat

Hello, I am not having much time for my room in our houseproject at the moment so im trying to sublet weekly-/monthly. The situation is something special. We are a house project and live distributed on 5 floors. Please only message if you can cope with a very simple equipment. The bathroom is in the 5 1/2 floor and the room in the first. However, there is a kitchen and toilet in the 1. Moreover, we have a backyard with a little green area an BBQ and in general the house is pretty spacious. Here everything is a bit rustic. For sure totally worth an experience!
I´d say min stay 14 days (better a month). I might stay away for longer. Up to 14 days = 12€/day. Monthly 250€
Between Ostkreuz and S Frankfurter Allee, very quite and 10 min walk into the hood.
