während meines Sabbaticals in Mittelamerika, suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter*in für mein 23m² Zimmer im Zeitraum vom 06.02.24 bis Ende April. Das Zimmer ist Teil unserer gemütlichen 119 m² großen Altbau-3er WG im beliebt-belebten Friedrichshain.
Dein großes Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet und bietet einen Balkon zur Straße, eine gemütliche Wohnküche, ein helles Bad und einen großen Flur mit Sofas, der gelegentlich als chilliges Wohnzimmer dient.

Hello everyone,
during my sabbatical in Central America, I am looking for a temporary tenant for my 23m² room in the period from 06.02.24 to the end of April. The room is part of our cozy 119 m² old building 3-bed flat share in the popular and lively Friedrichshain.
Your large room is fully furnished and offers a balcony facing the street, a cozy eat-in kitchen, a bright bathroom and a large hallway with sofas, which occasionally serves as a chill-out living room.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Rigaer Straße im Friedrichshainer Szenekiez wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station (U5) Frankfurter Tor und der Tram-Station Bersarinplatz (M10) entfernt. Die Ringbahn erreicht man auch schnell zu Fuß.
Direkt um unsere WG gibt es alles was man braucht: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants und Bars. Außerdem erreicht man ruckzuck die beliebten Gegenden der Warschauer und Simon-Dach-Straße. Auch in der Rigaer Straße selbst sind Spätis, Bars, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Alles in allem eine Wahnsinnslage!

The apartment is located on Rigaer Straße in the trendy Friedrichshain neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from the Frankfurter Tor subway station (U5) and the Bersarinplatz streetcar station (M10). The Ringbahn can also be reached quickly on foot.
There is everything you need right around our shared flat: shopping facilities, many restaurants and bars. You can also reach the popular areas of Warschauer Strasse and Simon-Dach-Strasse in no time at all. Rigaer Straße itself also has late-night bars and shops. All in all, a fantastic location!
Wir, Sandra, Annika und Dominik leben schon seit einiger Zeit in unserer charmanten Berliner Altbau-WG. Wir sind berufstätig, Dominik als Projektmanager in der Energiewirtschaft und Sandra im Bereich CSR und Marketing und Annika arbeitet an der Uni, während sie ihre Masterarbeit beendet.

We, Sandra, Annika and Dominik, have been living in our charming old Berlin flat share for some time now. We work, Dominik as a project manager in the energy industry, Sandra in CSR and marketing and Annika is working at university while finishing her master's thesis.
Das Zimmer ist selbstverständlich auch anteilig in dem Zeitraum verfügbar, die Kosten würden sich hierbei auf 150€ wöchentlich belaufen. Dabei sind Strom, Internet, etc. bereits inklusive. Eine Anmeldung ist für den kurzen Zeitraum leider nicht möglich.
Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, ist eine persönliches Treffen vorab nicht notwendig, ein kurzer Videocall tut es auch. Ich freue mich auf eure Anfragen :)

The room is of course also available on a pro rata basis during this period, the costs would amount to €150 per week. Electricity, internet, etc. are already included. Unfortunately, it is not possible to register for this short period.
Since this is an interim rental, a personal meeting in advance is not necessary, a short video call will do. I look forward to your inquiries :)
