Die Wohnung hat drei große Zimmer, alle drei sind gleich groß, mit schönen alten Dielen (siehe Bilder).
Das freie Zimmer ist nach Norden raus, und hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof, daher ist es schön ruhig, aber nicht super hell.
Die anderen beiden Zimmer sind nach Süden raus.

The apartement has 3 big rooms which are all the same size (aprox. 25sqm), all wooden floors.
The room that we are renting out faces north and has a window to the backyard, so it is the most quiet room in the apartement, but also the darkest(but not really dark though).
The other two rooms are facing south.

Im Moment sind wir zu zweit (Jakob & Lana), unsere dritte im Bunde zieht Mitte Februar aus.

Ab und an Kochen wir zusammen oder gehen zusammen was trinken oder schauen einfach zusammen nen Film oder sowas.
Wir sind keine "Party People" haha :) und in der WG finden eher selten Partys statt (oh Gott wir klingen so langweilig).

Since our friend Kirsten is moving out at the start of September it's just us two left (Jakob and Lana).
Jakob:

Sometimes we cook and/or eat together, go out together to grab a drink or go to a concert or just watch a movie... normal boring stuff...
We are not really berlin-party people (sounds lame, we know) :) On rare occasions we have a small party in the WG, like once a year... super boring people :D

Wir bekommen super viele Anfragen, irgendwie müssen wir dich ja von dem Rest unterscheiden :)

Einige kleinigkeiten noch:
- wenn du nicht in der "Alters-Range" bist, die wir suchen, dann kommst du leider nicht in Frage, wir suchen jemanden, dessen Lebens- und Alltagsstil zu unserem passt
- Tiere sind nicht erlaubt (ausser vielleicht Fische)
- Wir suchen nur eine Person, keine Paare oder Eltern mit Kindern
- Rauchen ist wirklich nicht erwünscht(allerhöchstens ausserhalb der Wohnung, aber nicht in der Wohnung)
- KEINE NAZIS! (Ja, AFDler sind auch Nazis!)

Just a couple of more things:
- I you are not in the "age-range" that we are looking for, then we will not consider your application, since we are looking for someone with a similar "Lifestyle"
- animals are not allowed (only maybe fish)
- We are only looking for ONE person, not a couple or parents with kids
- smoking is really not allowed (unless you smoke outside the house, but not in the flat)
- NO NAZIS! (and yes, AFD is nazi too!)
