The room is nice and quiet with a window away from any streets, so leaving your windows open is no problem at all. The room is partially furnited, meaning a bed, mattress a desk and chairs are already here. Kitchen and bathroom are fully furnited (obviously) incl. a washing machine.
The flat is in the middle of Friedrichshain, right near frankfurter Tor, all the action is nearby, but since it isn't on one of the main streets you still have your piece. There is a small park nearby to BBQ or hang out and have a few beers and if you want a bigger one the Volkspark is only a few stops away with the tram. Speaking of public trasport: there is a tram station about 2 mins from the front door, the U-Bahn at frankfurter Tor is about 5 mins away by foot and it's about 7 mins to the S-Bahn station.
I would like for me and my flatmate to get along well and do things together, like cooking or having a drink now or then at home. I'm not a neat freak in any way, but I don't like coming home to a dirty flat. I go to uni here and I work so most of the time I'm only home in the evenings. Also not a big fan of cigarettes, so if you don't smoke thats a big plus for you (I'm cool with shisha etc.)
Since I work I would appreciate it being relatively quiet at the late evenings so that I can have my beauty-sleep. I study music so maybe another musician would be nice, but its definetely no requirement.
The room is free right now, so if everything works out you can move in this month.
