Mein 20qm großes Zimmer wird demnächst frei: Das ruhige Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet mit bequemem Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und hat einen Balkon. Küche und Bad werden mit meinem berufstätigen Mitbewohner (40, m) geteilt. Er ist musikbegeistert, semi-professioneller Tischtennisspieler und immer für nen Schnack bei gutem Essen oder Bierchen zu haben;)
In der Nähe liegen die U- und S-Bahnhöfe Samariterstr. bzw. Frankfurter Allee oder Storkower Str. Der Kiez ist ruhig und gemütlich, aber viele Bars und Cafés rund um den Boxhagener Platz sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Miete enthält schnelles WLAN + sämtliche Nebenkosten.

My room with 20sqm will be available soon. This quiet room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, couch, cupboard and work station. Kitchen and bath room will be shared with my flat mate (40, m). He is into music, a semi-professional ping-pong-player and always up for a chat with nice food or a cold one ;)
Public transport is easily available, our neighborhood is nice and quiet but there are lots of bars and cafés close by at Boxhagener Platz.
The rent includes fast WiFi and all other costs.
