Hi, ich bin einen Monat unterwegs unterwegs und vermiete daher mein WG-Zimmer unter. Es ist 24qm groß, nach Süden raus und ist schön hell. Altbau mit Stuck. Komplett möbiliert, einfach Koffer mitbringen und fertig. Schöner "ent-tapezierter" Altbau mit 3,5m Deckenhöhe. Es gibt eine gute Anlage, TV, und alles was man sonst so braucht zum gemütlichen Leben. Vom Zimmer geht der eigene Südbalkon ab, wir haben zwei, also auch kein "Balkondurchgangszimmer".
I'm going to travel for a bit so i offer my beautiful room in fhain for sublet, starting from 15th of march until about end of april / may 1st. Room is fully and carefully furnished. Just bring your suitcase and you're set up :) The room is south-sided, light and warm. Sun beams beautifully through the big windows. You have an own balcony.
No party tourists. No idiots. One person rent only (!)
Die Lage ist perfekt. 3 Minuten bis zur 240, 3 Minuten bis zur M10, 5 bis zur U5 Frankforter Tor und 7 Minuten bis ins Berghain ;) Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Edeka. Friseur, Späti, Restaurants, Fahrradladen, Blumenladen…alles in 1 Min erreichbar. Und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da wir auf der "ruhigen" Seite der Warschauer Str sind.
Location is pretty perfect, 3 minutes to M10 or Bus 240.
"Calm" part of Grünberger Str. 7 Min walking distance to Berghain.
5-10 Min walk to Warschauer Str. etc etc
Edeka, bakery, hairdresser, takeaway, anything you need, all within 100 meters.
Mein (dein) Mitbewohner Joschka arbeitet ist Teamlead bei einem Startup und arbeitet oft länger. Er ist er offen, international und freundlich, aber eine kurze Zweck-WG wär auch kein Beinbruch (sagt er). Wir haben keine Präferenzen, was deine Nationalität / Gender / Sex / whatever angeht, wichtig ist ein respektvolles und freundliches Zusammenleben, in dem keiner dem anderen seine Meinung aufdrücken will. Wir sind eher links/liberal, werfen aber nicht unbedingt Steine am 1. Mai.
Am Wochenende wird gern gefeiert, daher ist uns Besuch nicht fremd. Musik: Techno, HipHop, 60s, 70s und alles mögliche dazwischen. Nicht unbedingt Zeugs, das auf Energy etc. läuft.
We're open to any gender/race/opinion/eating habits/sexual orientation. Living with each other is based upon trust and respect. We don't have cleaning or shopping plans but go shop or clean when we see it needs to be done.
Since Joschka has to work long hours most every weekday, the week is more of a chill.
That said, weekends tend to get pretty crazy though. Music is mainly Hip-Hop/Techno/Tech-(House)/60s70s…
Im Haus wohnen einige lautstärketolerante junge Familien, mit einem oder zwei kleinen Kindern. Die leben schon ewig hier im Kiez und sind sehr nett und umgänglich – wenn du das hier wirklich gelesen hast schreib jaja in deine Anfrage – also keine Spießer, die sich alle 5 Minuten über Lautstärke beschweren :) Trotzdem und gerade weil wir gut auskommen, sind 130-Dezibel-Goa-Afterhours Dienstags um 4 Uhr morgens nicht so drin :) Party ist aber generell selten ein Problem.
There are young families living in the house who are pretty accomodating on the weekends but wouldn't agree with people listening to loud Goa on a Tuesday 3am :) Respect and be respected.
