Zur Miete steht ein möbliertes 15 qm großes Zimmer im 8. Stock der Stalinbauten in Friedrichshain. Die Wände sind unverputzt und der Boden aus Vinyl in Holzoptik. Es gibt zwei Fenster, die in Richtung Prenzlauer Berg und auf den Volkspark Friedrichshain zeigen.
Da das Zimmer zur zeit noch vermietet wird, habe ich Bilder angefügt, wie es zuvor eingerichtet war um einen Eindruck zu geben, in welchem Stil es letztendlich eingerichtet wird. Zur Verfügung stelle ich: ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, Gardinen und ein Regal (mindestens)
Ich bevorzuge BerufspendlerInnen, da ich in einem Moment meines Lebens angekommen bin, in dem ich zuhause vorrangig zur Ruhe kommen möchte. Das Gleiche biete ich natürlich auch dir.
To rent is a furnished 15 squaremeter room on the 8th floor of the Stalin-buildings in Friedrichshain. The walls are bare and the floor is made out of vinyl in a wooden aesthetic. The room has two windows pointing towards prenzlauer berg and volkspark friedrichshain.
As the room is still rented atm, I put some old photos for you to get an impression on how I will design it for you. (I will offer: a bed, a desk, blinds and a shelf (at least))
I prefer commuter, as I arrived in a point of my life where I mainly want to rest at home. The same I will of course offer to you.

Hier gibt es eine kleine Katze, Billie, die kleine ist sehr ungeschickt und bietet daher einiges an Unterhaltung aber auch einiges an kaputtem Geschirr.
Wichtiges zu mir: Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere Produktdesign. Ich benötige Sauberkeit und viel mehr noch Ordnung, da alles andere mich sehr unruhig werden lässt. Aufgrund dessen putze ich relativ häufig und freue mich über jemanden mit einem ähnlichen Verständnis dieser Dinge, bin mir aber im Klaren darüber, dass mein Bedürfnis von der Norm abweicht und respektiere das im Zusammenleben.
Mich als Person zu beschreiben fällt mir schwer - meine Gedanken sind sprunghaft, ich rede viel mit mir selbst. Ich kann sehr verunsichert sein und dann wieder sehr stark. Ich habe gerne richtige Gespräche mit anderen Menschen, ich mag oberflächlichen Austausch nicht. Es gibt gute Tage und schlechte Tage, so wie bei euch auch, aber ich gebe mir große Mühe meine Launen mit mir auszumachen, anstatt sie an jemandem herauszulassen. Man kann mit mir über alles reden, solange man nur redet und nicht beleidigt schweigt.

Important things about me: I am 26 y/o and I am studying product design.I need things to be clean and organized since everything else makes me kinda nervous. That’s why I clean a lot and I’d appreciate someone with a similar mindset but I am aware my behavior is not normal so I won’t force anyone or be mad about a different way of handling these things. Your room is your room anyways - go crazy haha.
To describe me as a person doesn’t feel easy. My thoughts are a bit jumpy, I talk to myself a lot. I can be very insecure but then also very strong. I enjoy real talks with people, everything that only scratches the surface of each other is not that much my thing. I have good and bad days, like most people but I am doing my best not to let that out on the other person. You can talk to me about literally anything, as long as you talk and don't go silent in anger/frustration.
