Ich bin im Urlaub und vermiete mein helles schönes Zimmer für 2 Wochen.
typisches Berliner Altbau, Balkonzimmer ca. 24m2 mit abgezogenen Wänden und Stuck, Genügend Schränke zum Sachen verstauen ebenso. Die Philips Hue Lampen können nach beliebiger Stimmung angepasst werden. Heizung und manche Geräte können mit Apple HomeKit gesteuert werden. Ggf. leihe ich ein altes iPhone falls nötig.
Die Couch kann man ausziehen und eine bett1.de Matratze (Stiftung Warentest Testsieger) 1,40mx2m drauflegen.

Spacious and sunny apartment (approx. 64 square meters) with Balcony. The flat is situated directly on Simon Dach-Strasse in the 3d floor of a beautiful high ceiling old building flat consisting of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The area is very dynamic with lots of Bars, Clubs (Berghain, ...) , Restaurants, Parks and access to the river in close vicinity. Further amenities and excellent transport links (U Bahn, Metrotram and S-Bahn all set in near distance. Check out the pictures and I' d be happy to hear from you.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG und ist 64m2 groß, Große Küche mit Gasherd, Siemens Waschmaschine, Gorenje Kühlschrank und Thermomix. Das Bad ist etwas schmal und die Tür ist sehr niedrig, so dass ich mich mit 1,90m leicht Bücken muss. Die Dusche ist dafür sehr geräumig.
Wohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt:

Die Simon-Dach-Straße im Herzen von Friedrichshain ist eine sehr belebte Gegend, um nicht zu sagen eine Kneipenmeile oder "das St. Pauli von Berlin"-wie ich es immer nenne. Ein großes kulturelles Angebot ( internationale Gastronomie, Trödelmärkte, Parks und in 15 Minuten ist man an der East Side Gallery, an der Spree, Frankfurter Tor, Warschauer Straße mit seinen vielen Clubs z.B. Berghain 15min zu Fuß ;)
Mein Mitbewohner (22) wohnt im hinteren Zimmer. Er ist pflegeleicht und umgänglich. Ihr werdet euch bei einem VideoCall kennenlernen.
