Die Wohnung liegt perfekt:
Es sind nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram, 18 Minuten mit den Öffis zum Alex, 25 zum Hauptbahnhof.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Bäcker ist unten im Wohnblock. Es gibt Restaurants, Bars, Ausstellungsräume mit Vernissagen, Spätis, und vieles mehr. Wenn man mehr Action haben möchte, ist man in nur drei Tramstationen in der Nähe von Boxi, Revaler Straße und Warschauer Brücke.
Dennoch ist es rund um unsere Wohnung sehr ruhig und die Nachbarschaft gut aufgeräumt.
Man hat also alles was das Herz begehrt :)

The location of the apartment is perfect:
All shops of daily use are within walking distance. In addition, you can have action if you want. Then you just go 5 minutes and find restaurants, bars, showrooms with vernissages and much more. Also, the area around Boxhagener Platz, Revaler Straße and Warschauer Straße are just three tram stops or a 15 minutes walk away.
Still, it is very nice and quiet in our apartment and the neighborhood tidy.
It is only 2 minutes by foot to the tram, 18 minutes to the Alex and 25 minutes to main station.
So you have everything :)

Max arbeitet als Projektmanager in einem Startup. Er macht viel Sport (Fitty, Joggen), trifft sich regelmäßig mit Freunden und unternimmt am Wochenende viel in Richtung Ausflüge, Karten spielen und ab und an ein Festival.

Ich bin 37, hatte in Berlin meinen Master gemacht, war dann für 3 Jahre im Süden Deutschlands arbeiten und bin nun überglücklich, seit Oktober 2018 zurück in dieser fantastischen Stadt zu sein. Aktuell arbeite ich bei einer IT-Personalberatung und in meiner Freizeit gärtnere ich, treffe Freunde und mache ein bisschen Social Work bei der ich ein Kind mit Migrationshintergrund betreue.

Wir sind natürlich die besten Mitbewohner, die man sich vorstellen kann: freundlich, super entspannt und gut gelaunt. Während der Woche sind wir brav und viel am Arbeiten, essen gesund, machen Sport und brauchen abends meistens Ruhe, chillen auf dem Balkon oder machen Kochabende. Am Wochenende wird der Sekt schon mal zum Samstagsbrunch geköpft und los geht´s in die City. Oder wir gehen zum Openair Kino oder zur Stand-up Comedy.

Um Umgereimtheiten über einen Putzplan zu umgehen, ist in der Miete eine Putzhilfe inkludiert, deren Job du auch gegen Mietminderung übernehmen kannst, wenn du magst.

Max works as a project manager. He does a lot of sports (gym), meets regularly with friends and undertakes a lot towards exploring Berlin.

I'm 37, had my master's degree in Berlin, then worked in the south of Germany for 3 years and am now overjoyed to be back in this fantastic city since October 2018. I'm working for an IT-Recruitment Agency, love gardening, do some social work and like to go out from time to time.

We are, of course, the best roommates you can imagine: friendly, relaxed and a lot of fun. We find it best in a flat share, if everyone pursues his activities but you also meet for food, handicrafts, Pilates (we have enough space in the living room) or a beer or a bottle of wine in the living room or on our large roof terrace.
To avoid the disagreements over a cleaning plan, a cleaning aid is included in the rent :)
