Die Wohnung befindet sich in Persiusstrasse 15 (10245 Friedrichshain), 5 Minuten zu Fuß von
Ostkreuz-Bahnhof.
Das Zimmer ist 15qm, sehr hell und voll möbliert: Bett, Nachtlampe, Kommode, Bücherregale,
Schrank, Kleiderbügel. Bettbezüge, Handtücher und Kopfkissen sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat
2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Flur (in dem sich ein Schuhschrank befindet), 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, 1
Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und sehr hell. Es gibt einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, eine
große Couch und einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist sehr groß und komfortabel. In der Wohnung sind
eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. WLAN ist auch natürlich vorhanden.

very big and very bright. There is a table for eating with four chairs, one big sofa and one TV. The
kitchen is very big and comfortable. In the house there are a washing machine and a dishwasher.

perfekt, um sich mit den Verkehrsmitteln zu bewegen: Bus 347 direkt vor der Tür (3 Haltestellen
von Warschauer Strasse), Bus 194 an der Ecke (2 Haltestellen von Treptower Park). Ostkreuz-
Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Lidl direkt vor der
Wohnung, Netto in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Kaufland in 15 Minuten. Die Position ist ideal für Studenten
(HU erreichbar in 20 Minuten, FU in 35 Minuten).
The house is in one of the coolest places in Berlin, Friedrichshain. The location is perfect for those who travel via public transport: bus 347 directly in front of the apartment (three bus stops from
Warschauer Strasse), bus 194 at the corner (2 bus stops from Treptower Park). The station of
Ostkreuz can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. There are very good options for grocery shopping: Lidl across the street from the apartment, Netto in five minutes by foot, Kaufland in 15 minutes. The

Ich studiere an der FU Berlin. Ich ziehe näher der Uni und suche deswegen
nach einem Nachmieter. Dein Mitbewohner wird Cian sein. Er kommt aus Irland und arbeitet in einer Web-Firma. Wenn
man Lust hat, etwas zusammen zu machen (kochen, essen gehen, trinken), macht man das sehr gerne; wenn nicht, alles klar. Am wichtigsten respektiert man gegenseitig die private Sphäre und
versucht man, einen guten Umgang zu haben.
I am studying at the FU Berlin. I will move near the Uni and for this reason I am
