Hello,
I am looking for someone to share my home from September.
I am a freelancer and I work from home. I love the co-living life, share a beer after work or a spontaneous deep conversation late at the night but I really need and value my alone-time too.
I speak French, English and Spanish fluently, I am more than happy to practice German.
Spoiler: this is a LGBT+ home with a cat!
The building is right in front of Edeka in Straße der Pariser Kommune between Ostbahnof and U5-Weberwiese (on Karl Marx Allee). 15 min walking from Boxi, 15 min from Warshauerstraße S-Bahn, 5 min from U5-Weberwiese. Not far from Volkspark Friedrichshain. We are at pretty equal distance from Ostkreuz, Alexanderplatz, Kollwitz Kiez and Kotti. Nothing is next door, nothing is far.
The flat is a bit different than a typical Berlin flat; we have an open living room / kitchen which is perfect to socialise and work and two small rooms. While I would prefer to keep my own room (which is slightly bigger) I am open to switch, depending of your needs. In this case, the rent would be 520€. Let say, this flat has a lot charm and good vibes, if I rely to what I have been told by many – but rooms are small and it requires a little bit of adaptability to love it fully.
About cleaning and stuff, I expect you to be responsible and keep the kitchen clean after you cooked, things like that. If you clean the day after, I don't burst into flames. I appreciate if you keep your personal belongings in your room. Because the experience of living together would be short anyway, I'd like to be flexible with this kind of house-keeping topics and discuss of a way that would be pleasant for us both. More than anything, I'd love to share my home with someone who share similar values and life style.
The room will be full refurbished at the end of September, for this reason, there is no relevant picture of the room, but we are working on building an amazing mezzanine much nicer than the one on the pics :)
Also the fridges that appear on the pictures wont be there anymore... basically forget about the pictures :)
