Hello there. I'm planning on subletting the hostel space I currently live at between March 8th and March the 31st. I share a large room with three discrete and incredibly kind people from around the world. Each one of us has a bunker bed and two lockers to store our belongings. The ambiance is always chill and friendly.
Said hostel is comfortably located in the heart of Friedrichshain: at a walking distance from both the U Bahn Samariterstrasse and the Frankfurter Allee Ring stations. All your needs can be quickly met since there's bars, clubs, laundries, restaurants, spätis, coffee joints and libraries in the surrounding blocks and streets.
Besides our room, some other ultra chill people from all around the world live and share the remaining rooms. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared (as well as cleaned twice a week), and there's a common room fully equiped with massive couches, TV, video games, and musical instruments. Over all, people tend to keep to themselves, but there's usually someone with whom you can chat and share a beer.
I'm offering the subletting for 200 euros with possibility of negotiating. If you're just arriving to town -or know someone who'll do so- this may particularly interest you. If not, still don't hesitate to contact me.
