Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß, hat 3,50m hohe Decken und ist vollständig möbiliert mit 1,20-Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Schminktisch und Regal.
Wir haben eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, in der wir gerne zusammen sitzen.Küchengeräte, Töpfe, etc. sind vorhanden. Außerdem hat filips Zimmer einen Balkon :)
The room is 13sqm in size, has 3.5m high ceilings and is fully furnished with a 1.20 bed, wardrobe, table, Chair, dresser and shelf.
We have a large, fully equipped kitchen in which we like to sit together. Kitchen utensils, pots, etc. are available. As a plus, filips room has a balcony :)
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Sbahnhof Frankfurter Allee. In der Nähe findest du alles, was du benötigst. Bars, Restaurants und Clubs sind auch in direkter Nähe :)
The apartment is about 2 minutes walk from the train station Frankfurter Allee. Nearby you will find everything you need. Bars, restaurants and clubs are also nearby :)
in der WG Leben Filip aus der Schweiz (30, Fotograf) und Andrea aus Italien (32, Tierarzt). Neben dir kommt noch einE 3. MitbewohnerIn hinzu. Untereinander reden wir also Englisch. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut, kochen oft zusammen oder gehen gemeinsam weg. Ein gut funktionierendes Wg-Leben ist uns allen wichtig, d.h. Es gibt einen festen Putzplan, der eingehalten werden muss. Ansonsten ist alles sehr entspannt hier :)
Wichtig: in der Wg lebt auch Juno, Andreas kleine Katze. Falls du allergisch bist oder Angst vor Katzen hast, ist das nicht die richtige Wg für dich.

Für das Zimmer wird ein Abschlag von 550€ fällig, da es möbliert übergeben wird und wir erst einen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine gekauft haben. Bitte melde dich nur, wenn das für dich in Ordnung ist, keine Verhandlungsbasis.
