Ein Einzug ist nach Absprache ab Mitte/Ende April oder am 1. Mai möglich.

Zimmer:
Unsere WG ist im 3. Stock des Hinterhauses gelegen, Umgebungslärm der Straße gibt es daher überhaupt keinen.
Im Vorderhaus befindet sich das Tilsiter Lichtspiele, ein schönes, altes, kleines Kino inklusive Bar und Biertischen davor auf dem Gehweg.
Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof mit Grünflächen, in dem auch die Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
Das Zimmer hat 20qm plus einem 2qm großen Balkon und ist auf die sehr sonnige Hinterhofseite gerichtet.
Unser Bad ist groß und mit Dusche und Wanne ausgestattet. Auch die Küche ist geräumig.
Zudem gibt es eine kleine Kammer.
The flat is in the 3rd etage in the backhouse, there’s no noise of the street at all.
We have a beautiful little cinema in the front house, with a bar and there’s a little green backyard, where we put our bikes.
The room is 20 squaremeters big with a balcony (another 2 sqm) and is situated to the very sunny side of the backyard.
We have a big bathroom, with shower and bathtub and our kitchen is also quite big. In addition we have a little chamber.
Kosten:
Wir haben eine Warmwasser- und Heizpauschale, d.h. können so viel verbrauchen, wie wir wollen, ohne dass sich am Preis etwas ändert (habens also im Winter immer schön warm und können unendlich heiß duschen ;-) , versuchen natürlich trotzdem den Verbrauch umweltschonend angebracht zu halten).
Das Zimmer kostet (inkl. Internet, GEZ, Wasser, Heizung und Strom) 475,5 Euro.
Die Kaution beträgt 709,5 Euro.

We have a flat rate for water and heating, so we have it warm in winter and don’t have to worry about warm water for the shower.
Die Friedrichshainer Clubs (wers mag) sind zwar nicht weit, doch unsere Straße ist eine angenehm ruhige Wohnstraße, typische ostberliner Alleebäume inklusive. Getränkeladen und Späti sind quasi vor der Tür und ums Eck gibt’s Edeka und Denns Biosupermarkt, sowie Netto Laden und eine Apotheke. Ein Stück weiter noch Rewe und eine Sparkasse.
Die Öffi-Anbindung ist gut, 4 Gehmin. zur M10, 7 Gehminuten zur U5 (3 Stationen bis zum Alex), 10 Min zur M5, M6, M8, die einen in einer Station zur Ringbahn bringen (Landsberger Allee).
The big clubs and pubs of Friedrichshain are very near, but our street is calm. We have a „Späti“/over-night-store at the corner and there are a lot of supermarkets just a few minutes away. (Edeka, Denns, Netto, REWE…).
You walk 4 minutes to the tramstation M10, 7 minutes to the metrostation U5 (3 stations away from Alexanderplatz) and 10 minutes to M5, M6, M8, which brings you in 1 station to the ringbahn (Landsberger Allee)

F. (27): I make music (Techno, DJing, party organizing) and would like to spend more time with this. Im no crazy party animal anymore, but sometimes you can find me at berghain or in queer parties. I am lately also a lot into philosophy, thermodynamics and information theory and deriving from this a societal critique, which I also want to incorporate more and more into my music and further work. I am currently toying with the idea to start studying again and maybe want to study philosophy, (I am already biologist and have a master in neuroscience), but lets see when I get to do it. As a person I am generally peace loving, but I also like to talk direct about things in the flat and like also to get open feedback. I see the flat as a homely and warm place, and like to be there for my flatmates if they need someone to listen to their stuff.
L. (26): My passion is electronic music (Dj and producing) with black metal music background, so I'm very into the darker shit. So yeah, not a big surprise, the need to go dance is truly vital for me as it is, in my opinion, the experience of the true and divine nature of existence. Besides dance and music, I also love nature. As a good Swiss, long treks in the mountains are also vital for me. Like books and art. Otherwise, I’m always thankful about a deep conversation as well as F, being deeply silly together is lovely too. Uncomplicated and adventurous are definitely the adjectives who defines me the most.
T. (24): What’s the good life about which Plato was talking? The art of living would probably describe my pursues and interests the best. Although I will start my Philosophy Master soon, philosophy is not purely academic for me. It is rather the search for the poetic divine that awakens the consciousness to the richness of life. That’s why besides reading and writing, I am also engaging in ancient spiritual traditions, especially yoga. Although I rather go to a 5 rhythm dance than to a club, and meet for a new moon meditation than for a beer in a bar, I am always open to try out all that life offers. I love to eat and cook, and always enjoy the harmonious, spontaneous coming-togethers in the kitchen – joking about the absurdities of life and congratulating each other for having seen through the spider’s web of capitalism.
Du solltest tolerant sein hinsichtlich Musizieren in der WG, sauber und ordnungsliebend und unseren Humor teilen!
U should be tolerant with music in the flat, be clean and tidy and share our taste of humour!
Bring gerne ein bisschen Haushalt mit (Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger...), da einiges ersetzt werden muss, wenn unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht.
Feel free to bring some useful household stuff (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, some plates....).
