Ein Zimmer mit Balkon und alles ist da: Bett, Couch, kleiner Tisch, Schreibtisch, WLAN. Lustige Wände, das übliche, bissel bewohnt halt. ;) Es gibt sogar einen freien Schrank, Du bekommst also ausreichend Platz für Deine Sachen.
A furnished room with balcony and everything's there: Bed, couch, small table, desk, wifi. Funny walls, the usual, bissel inhabited halt. ;) There is even a free closet, so you get enough space for your stuff.
Direkt am S-Ostkreuz, also kommt man überall gut hin, Ring oder Ost-West oder Bus. Die U-Bahn ist auch nur eine Station entfernt. Hier gibt es viele Bars, Bäcker, Imbisse, Bio Company, Kaufland, Lidl, die Wiese am Lenbachplatz, Spätis, Dönerläden, Clubs und auch kleine Kinos (Zukunft, B-ware). Manche der aufgezählten Lokalitäten sind sogar recht gut. ;-D
Directly at the S-Ostkreuz, so you can get everywhere easily, ring or east-west or bus. The subway is also only one stop away. There are many bars, bakerys, snack bars, Bio Company, Kaufland, Lidl, the meadow at Lenbachplatz, Spätis, kebab stores, clubs and also small cinemas (Zukunft, B-ware). Some of the listed places are even quite good. ;-D
Wir sind eine dufte 3er WG, wobei das Zimmer für 4 Wochen frei ist. Die Küche ist immer für Bier, Wein und Gespräch offen, was auch mal ausarten kann. Wir haben auch ein tolles Wohnzimmer mit Gästehochbett, Anlage und Beamer, damit das Leben auch dort genossen werden kann. Zusammen kochen und essen ist klar, und auch dänzen und so weiter ist immer gern gesehen (aber keeene Pflicht, so läuft das nicht). Alles kann, nichts muss, aber bitte sauber machen, wenigstens danach. Bitte bring die nötige Aufmerksamkeit mit fürs gemeinsame Wohnen. ;)
We are a sweet shared flat of 3 and the room is free for ~4 weeks. The kitchen is always open for beer, wine and conversation, which can also get out of hand sometimes. We also have a great living room with guest loft bed, stereo and projector, so life can be enjoyed there too. Cooking and eating together is nice, and also dancing and so on is always welcome (but no obligation, don't worry). Everything possible, nothing's a must, but please clean up afterwards, really. Please have the necessary awareness for living together with others. ;)
Kommt einfach vorbei oder meldet Euch wie auch immer (Signal, SMS), ich mache mein Handy schon aus, wenn ich nicht gestört werden will. ;) E-Mail geht ja auch immer. Vorbeikommen ist aber eh empfohlen, auch damit meine Mitbewohner:innen Dich mal sehen können. :)
