My room is very spacious and comfortable. Even though the window is small I enjoy living here because it´s very cozy and the sun really brightens up the room in the afternoon. I have a comfy mattress and a desk where u can work on. You can also use my keyboard if u like and of course I'll make some space for your stuff and clothes : )
The beautiful Spree is just across the street where you can watch the prettiest sunsets and go for a walk. The beauuuutiful Treptower Park is just a few minutes away and perfect for outdoor sports and Picknick with friends 😍 I love to live here because the apartment is super close to Kreuzberg, Neukölln and by bike it only takes you 17 minutes to the center (Alexanderplatz) and there are so many nice streets, coffee shops and good food around the corner. I haven´t even discovered everything yet but I keep on finding so many nice spots around here.. A bus station is just 3 minutes away and the train stations Ostkreuz, Treptower Park are 12 minutes by feet (5 by bike). The Warschauer Straße is very close with a supermarket that is open 24 hours a day in case u want to go shopping at 4 am - no problem :D and there are many musicians playing on the streets when it gets warmer... I´m sure you will have fun discovering this lovely and lively area yourself :D
my flatmates are very nice people, all working / studying and pretty busy.
Everyone does their own thing and the communication is nice. Sometimes we meet at the kitchen have a good laugh and eat together or watch a movie in the living room.
Vinni is writing his masters degree from home, Jegor and Kemal are both fashion designers and always busy working on their stuff (also from home) and Jessica is a nurse, so she's out quite often, sometimes working night shifts. Of course we are very attentive with each other.
We have a cleaning schedule with one duty per week for each person which is why the flat is clean : )
Since we are 5 people living together it´s important to leave the kitchen and utilities clean after cooking and cleaning after yourself in general. Due to corona we try to avoid having too many people in the apartment, so it's preferable if you don't bring new people home everyday.
For the smokers: We have a smoking room, exclusively for smoking! PLEASE DON´T smoke in my room, thankss :)
