We will be the first people moving in. The room is unfurnished but very bright. Big kitchen and bathroom and plenty of space. You have the option to set up your room the way you want to.
The apartment is located in Koppenstr. You have literally everything that you need close by. The hood is quiet but you are only one street away from where everything is going on. Tram and U bahn (strausberger platz) are close by. It takes about 10 mins to get to mitte.
We are two guys. One works as an engineer and I work as a sustainability consultant. We are 25 and 26, very relaxed, open and social. From experience we have seen that the messages are easy to write up based on the description so we do not want to give much away ATM. We look forward to your messages. From there on we will be very quick in getting back to you with pictures and other details.
The flat needs some basic appliances and it would be nice if you are willing to participate in that. But ofcourse, we can discuss all of this. We will get back to you very soon, we can promise you that. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have. Bonus points for you if you had something like a coffee machine to bring along.
