I'm leaving Berlin and going on vacation for a month and a half, therefore renting my room from November 29th - January 11th in a 3 people shared apartment with other Argentinian guy and a Spanish girl. My room and the apartment are fully furnished and the costs are 475e for the month of December or 700e for the whole period (Nov 29th - Jan 11th) all expenses included.
The apartment is very well communicated, located right next to Storkower SBahn Ringbahn station (S41, S42) which is basically 20' away from Alexanderplatz, 15' away from Schonhausser Allee, 10' walk from Boxhagener Platz..
Also there are many supermarkets and shops right next door (Edeka, Penny, Kaufland...) and many bars and restaurants in Simon Dach Strasse which is just barely 10/15' walking distance

The Storkower Sbahn Station offers the perfect communication, 2' from Landsberger allee, 5' away from Ostkreuz, 10' from Schönhauser Allee... So you can easily reach any part of the city in almost no time.
Also the apartment is located in a residential area so it is normally very quiet except for the noise of the trains from time to time.
My roommates are very open minded and friendly. They both work usually during the day and they like to be outside as well as chill at home some evenings. They are both Spanish speakers, but they also speak German, English, French or Italian, so communication won't be an issue :)
I would prefer if you don't smoke in the room as I'm not a smoker. Also you can bring friends to the apartment, but you will need to be careful with the noise and music as the neighbors below just had a baby.
Other than that there are not too many rules :)
