Let's start with the most important points:
-We are looking for a reliable *long-term* flatmate (to be on the contract)!
-Please have your paperwork ready (Schufa (solicitar ahora) , payslips/Bürgschaft, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung usw) or be able to get those things without delay
-no smoking inside the WG
27 m² room + (shared) balcony in a central location in Fhain. The room has a laminate floor and one window towards the mostly quiet backyard. Walls are white, some furniture from the previous flatmate can be inherited for a small fee, if you want, otherwise the room will be unfurnished.
The flat is fairly large, two bathrooms, large and bright kitchen with couch which also serves as our common room where we may have a glass of whatever or passionately discuss how to optimize the cleaning schedule.
There's a basement to store stuff and a room to securely lock bicycles.
The rent includes electricity, internet, GEZ and so on.
Central location in Fhain, just a few min from S and U-Bahn Warschauer Str. / Frankfurter Tor. Tram M10 stops right in front of the house.
Supermarkets Rewe (open 24h) & Aldi are also close by. Many bakeries, cafés, bars and restaurants, all at your doorstep or within a few minutes walk :)
We are currently three guys from Germany and Chile and mostly speak English at home (until our German / Spanish skills magically improve...). We like the usual stuff: travel, sport, going to festivals or clubs. Things are pretty laid-back here, we rely on the common sense. Sometimes we have a drink together or might cook once in a while but there are no obligatory board-game or Tatort-sessions.
We are open-minded (I know, everyone says that, but still...) and communicative and attach great importance to a friendly and social atmosphere where every flatmate looks forward to coming home. Definitely more than a purpose shared flat, but everyone should have their own freedom and privacy.
Ah, no pets please and no couples moving in together, thanks.

"Castings" will be this Friday and Saturday (12.-13. June) in the afternoon. We invite people individually, so no mass castings. Ideally we will pick our future flatmate this Sunday and then initiate the change of contract with the landlord soon after, so please get your paperwork ready.
