Wunderschönes Berliner Zimmer + gemeinsames Wohnzimmer in Friedrichshain

Friedrichshain ist ein junger und belebter Bezirk, in dem es an nichts fehlt. In direkter Umgebung findest du Supermärkte, Bioläden, Discounter, Apotheken, Blumenläden, Cafés, Clubs, Bars, Spielplätze, Flohmärkte – eben alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist auch fantastisch. Direkt vor dem Haus fahren die M10 und die M13. In 3-5 Minuten ist man außerdem am S&U Warschauer Straße und von dort sehr schnell fest überall in Berlin.

Trotz des Trubels im Kiez empfinden wir die Wohnung als ruhige Oase und Rückzugsort.

Friedrichshain is a young and lively district where you can basically find everything. Close by, there are supermarkets, organic food stores, discounters, pharmacies, flower shops, cafés, clubs, bars, playgrounds and flea markets - everything you could possibly desire.

The public transport connection is also fantastic. The M10 and M13 run directly in front of the house. In 3-5 minutes you can also reach S&U Warschauer Straße and from there you can quickly get to any part of Berlin.

Despite the hustle in the neighborhood, we find the apartment to be a quiet oasis and place of retreat.

In der WG leben Laura und Nico. Laura ist 37 Jahre und arbeitet als Theaterschauspielerin. Sie ist nur alle 2-3 Monate für 1-6 Wochen in der Wohnung hat manchmal ihre kleine Tochter dabei. Die meiste Zeit wirst du mit Nico (30/w) zusammenleben, die an einer Filmschule arbeitet und ansonsten das Berliner Leben mit all seinen Facetten genießt.

Das Zusammenleben stellen wir uns in etwa so vor: ein gutes Team mit gemeinsamem Flow, unkompliziert, bunt, respektvoll und lässig, jeder kommt gern nach Hause, offene Kommunikation und wir teilen den Netflix-Account, aber auch gern mal eine Portion Pho oder eine Flasche Wein/Bier/Apfelsaftschorle. Und es gibt keinen Platz für „-ismen“ aller Art bei uns!

Wir wünschen uns eine dritte Person, die bestenfalls über 27 und berufstätig ist und Lust auf ein warmes, entspanntes und solidarisches Miteinander hat. Über eine saubere Wohnung, ein freundliches Miteinander und andere Selbstverständlichkeiten möchten wir nicht mehr verhandeln. Zunächst ist das Mietverhältnis befristet, wenn das Zusammenleben gut läuft, würden wir den Vertrag aber gern entfristen.

Laura and Nico live in the shared apartment. Laura is 37 years old and works as a theater actress. She is only in the apartment every 2-3 months for 1-6 weeks and sometimes has her little daughter with her. Most of the time you will live with Nico (female/30), who works at a film school and otherwise enjoys life in Berlin with all its facets.

We imagine living together like this: a good team with a common flow, uncomplicated, colorful, respectful and casual, everyone likes to come home, open communication, we share the Netflix account and a bottle of wine every now and then. There is no place for "-isms" of all kinds with us!

We're lookingfor a third person who wants to live in a warm, relaxed and solidariy flatshare. We no longer want to negotiate about a clean apartment, a friendly atmosphere and other things that go without saying. First of all, the tenancy is limited, but if the cohabitation goes well, we would like to defer the contract.
