Ab sofort ist in meiner Wohnung ein ca. 20qm großes Zimmer (möbliert und voraussichtlich befristet) frei.
Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof und ist dank der großen Fenster sehr hell. In einer Ecke befindet sich ein alter Kachelofen zur Deko.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist mit allem, was so nötig ist ausgestattet.
>> I am renting a 20qm room in a 2 person flat. The room is furnished (as you can see in the pictures) and is located on the yard side of the flat. Due to the big windows it’s a very bright and cosy room. The stove in the corner is just decoration, we have heaters ;)
The flat is on the first floor and also fully furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der M10 Station Strassmannstraße im Friedrichshainer Nordkiez. Der Volkspark ist 5 Minuten entfernt, ein kleinerer Park nur einmal über die Straße und zum Frankfurter Tor läufst du auch nur 10 Minuten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Spätis, Edeka & Netto, Restaurants, etc.

Ich bin gern unterwegs und sehe die Wohnung als mein Rückzugsort. Daher bevorzuge ich eine Mitbewohnerin, die das ähnlich sieht. Für Parties, ständigen Besuch und Chaos-WG bist du hier an der falschen Adresse.
Da ich nun schon eine Weile in Berlin lebe, werde ich nicht 24h am Tag für dich verfügbar sein, möchte aber auf keinen Fall in einer "Tür-zu" WG leben.
