The apartment is just 2 minutes from the underground FRIEDRICHSHAIN.
You find everything that you need just in front of the house, like bakery, supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank... etc.
Very nice and hip area :-)
The room is about 16 square meter, sunny and has a nice bed (140 x 2 m) . It is fully furnished. I can also offer you blankets and pilows, towels, if you need.
You can use everything in the kitchen (dishwasher etc) and there is a washing maschine in the bathroom. Additional there is a big living room. The spacious apartment is in an old historical building. Very authentic Berlin style. Also all the furniture are stylish and arty.
It is available from the 1 st of August till the end of October, maybe a few months longer. We can just talk about it...
I am easy going, I live in Berlin since a long time and I am german. I am looking for someone who is just a nice person, respectful and easy going who loves cats, too. :-) I like to drink some wine/ beer after work and if you want just share one with me :-) Please no Party- People, since I have to work + Corona respect.
