We are renting out this cozy attic room, from asap. The room is empty already so you can move in tomorrow:) it’s available for two months, with the opportunity of longer.
You will live on the top floor with Alex together on the same floor as your bathroom and the terrace.
Downstairs you will find a big living room and kitchen where we like to hang out sometimes and watch movies or drink a beer together.
We are Lena (29, German, architect) and Alex (30, Greek, software engineer).
Total rent breakdown is as follows:
1440eu cold rent
175eu utilities costs
185eu utilities incl. gas/electricity, internet
So it will be 600 for you, everything included.
Ideally we would also want to have a cleaning crew 1 time a week, which in the past came down to 30eu/month per person.
All furniture are available for purchase from the previous tenant. If you are interested we will creat a small price list:)
If you already have furniture for the shared spaces you would like to bring in, that is also open for discussion.

Walking distance from Warschauerstr, Boxhagenerplatz, Ostkreuz, Treptower Park.
But the best option is by far by bike, everything is super close by.
Plenty of supermarkets around, parks, sports facilities.
Great transport coverage.
The apartment is a very bright 2-floor 129sq.m. loft, back building generally free of street noise, all rooms face the inner yard. There is a large shared space that serves as a joint kitchen/living room, a bathroom on each floor (one with a shower, one with a tub), a small terrace, available bike racks in the courtyard, and a decently-sized cellar. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, and standard kitchen equipment are available.
This is not a party WG, and there are families with babies in the building, so we'd rather have friendly people that are generally clean, quiet, and responsible.
Good communication in English is a must.
Anmeldung is possible immediately. You get a sublet contract with full rights and responsibilities, and you have the option to become a main tenant later on.
We would require proof of income in the form of 2-3 recent pay slips, SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) if available would be great, and there's also the option to provide a guarantor if you don't have steady/sufficient income yourself (e.g. if you're a student).
Viewings can be arranged immediately on an individual or group basis, but they're generally flexible.
