Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer in unsere großen 5er WG am Ostkreuz. Ich bleibe weiterhin in der WG aber werde für die Nächsten 3 Monate in das etwas größere Zimmer von meiner Mitbewohnerin ziehen, da sie erstmal bis ende Oktober auszieht. Das Zimmer ist erstmal für 3 Monate zu vermieten aber es könnte gut sein das es im Endeffekt unbefristet ist, aber das ergibt sich erst in den nächsten Monaten. Das Zimmer ist zum größten teil möbliert, und mit dem Preis und der Lage das perfekte Zimmer zum einstieg in Berlin.
Hier ist alles ziemlich entspannt in der WG aber trotzdem sauber. Jeder macht sein eigenes Ding aber es herrscht ein ruhiges Zusammenwohnen wo wir gerne auch immer mal was zusammen machen. Achso, und es ist wichtig das du auch das zimmer für die ganzen 3 Monate mieten willst.
Also falls es dich anspricht, meld dich und erzähl kurz wer du bist und ich beantworte nach Möglichkeit alle Fragen. Ein kurzes Kennenlernen in der nächsten Woche wäre optimal.

Hello Hello,
I am looking to sublet my room in our 5 person WG at Ostkreuz. I will be staying in the WG but will move into my roommate's slightly bigger room, for the next 3 months, as she's is moving out until the end of October. The room is available firstly for 3 months, but it could well be that she does not move back in, so the room would then be yours. The room is for the most part furnished and with the price and location is the perfect room for a start in Berlin.
Everything here is pretty relaxed and is a clean comfortable environment to live in. Its mostly a german speaking WG, so maybe a good place to learn but that being said everyone can also get by in English, and I’m a native English speaker so there won’t be any problems. Oh and, really only looking for someone to take the room for the whole 3 months.
