Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum ruhigen und grünen Hinterhof in dem man oft Vögel hören kann!
Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben.
Schöner Holzboden, ein wenig Stuck.. Das Foto ist tatsächlich aus einem anderen Zimmer der Wohnung. Das eigentliche Zimmer ist gerade noch bewohnt und etwas unordentlich ;)
Man hat auch seinen eigenen kleinen Flur mit Regal sozusagen.
The room comes empty and with a view in the quiet and green backyard of the house. In the morning you just sometimes hear the birds singing!
The floor is made of wood and the walls are white. You would also have your own little hallway with storage room.
Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten vom Boxhagener Platz entfernt und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Straße. Perfekte Lage also!
10 Fußnähe zum Ostkreuz, Warschauer und U5 Samariters. Tram gibt es auch 2 Minuten von der Tür entfernt.

In der WG Leben momentan Lisa und Ich. Mein Kumpel zieht aus um mit seiner Freundin zusammen zu ziehen.
Lisa hat viel mit Schauspielerei und Meditation zu tun. Ich besitze einen kleinen veganen Eisladen um die Ecke und gehe öfters Abends pokern.
Wir beide verstehen uns gut und quatschen regelmäßig gerne, aber wir sind keine WG in der alle ständig miteinander rumhängen und Sachen zusammen unternehmen. Ganz entspannt einfach :)
Falls du vegetarisch oder vegan sein solltest fänden wir das super.
Wir sind keine Putzkönige, aber eine ordentliche und saubere Wohnung sollte dir ebenfalls wichtig sein und nicht etwas an das man dich ständig erinnern muss ;)
Lisa does a lot of acting and meditation and I own a vegan ice cream store nearby and often go play poker at night.
Were an easy going, fun, relatively clean and relaxed WG and are looking for uncomplicated and chilled people :)
If youre vegetarian or vegan it's a plus. We get along great and talk regulary, but we don´t hang out all the time rogether. This WG is good for you if youre looking for a relaxed living situation in where everyone gets along, but also everyone does their own thing and can find some rest and shelter from the world!
