The room is furnished. You don't need to bring anything. It is south facing, meaning it is well lit with sunlight throughout the day.
The room is 14qm. It has massive cupboard, with mirrors! You can fit everything in it. There is a double bed. And a pretty big desk as a workstation for home office etc.
The flat has a massive 30qm living room with a built-in kitchen. A lot of space there to hangout, chill, invite people over and have occasional parties.
The flat also has a wintergarten balcony, covered with glass so you can sit "outside" even in winters. In addition, by virtue of being on 1st floor on top of a shop, it also has an "extra balcony" that is open air, but only accessible by climbing a window. Maybe we do some BBQ there in the summer? ;)
It's the coolest neighbourhood in Berlin. Friedrichshain near Frankfurter Tor is a beautiful district! You got everything nearby. Tons of shops, restaurants, bars, sisha places, supermarkets at walking distance. You go down the flat, it doesn't matter how late it is, you will find cool people sitting in the piazzas nearby chilling. It's great!
There's an Edeka 4 min on foot. Another smaller Kiezmarkt that is open until late at just 2 min walk. And REWE, Lidl, PENNY, another EDEKA, Kaufland etc within a kilometer.
U Bahnof Frankfurter Tor is at 3 min walk. And Berlin's Party Hub, Warshauer Str., is just the next stop towards the South.
Du wirst mit mir (Christina) zusammen wohnen. Ich bin für ein Praktikum bei einer Werbefilmproduktionsfirma nach Berlin gezogen und hoffe, dass ich ab dem Wintersemester anfangen kann, filmregie zu studieren. Ich rauche gern auf dem Balkon, damit solltest du also kein Problem haben. Ansonsten gehe ich gerne in Kunstmuseen, ins Theater oder ins Kino oder in Techno- Clubs und freue mixh über jemanden, der daran auch Spaß hat und Lust hat, auxh zusammen etwas zu unternehmen. Ich spreche fließend deutsch und Englisch, ihr könnt mir auf beiden Sprachen schreiben:)

The room is available only until May 2023 for now. Extension, potentially even long term, may be possible though.
