Hello, room seekers & flatshare seekers! The available room for short term is in a 2-room apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment building with elevator access. Auf Deutsch, it is a "Neubau Mehrfamilienhaus". The apartment has a total space of circa 55sqm. There is a separate equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and basic essentials. The bathroom has a bathtub and there is a mini washing machine that can be used. Feel free to message me for further details.
The apartment is in Friedrichshain. Nordkiez/Hausburgviertel neighbourhood. Close to Volkspark Friedrichshain and many other parks in the vicinity. The apartment is on a bustling street and the neighbourhood is nicely located yet once you are inside the apartment, it is surprisingly quiet. Everything you can ever want and need are within walking distance. Trams and S-Bahn are less than 4 minutes walk away. Very well connected by public transport. For reference, one can reach Alexanderplatz in about 12 minutes by Tram, door to door.
You will be sharing the apartment with me. I'm Canadian. I've been living in Berlin for 3 years now. I'm friendly and I'd be open to cook and share meals together, have a drink together, go for walks in the many parks nearby. I work from home. I do not smoke, I do not have pets. I love animals but I'd prefer someone who do not have pets.

You must be able to pay the first rental payment on the day of move-in. The short term rental period is for one month trial. If we get along well, it can be extended up to 2 months. You can either be a student with a job or a guarantor, or you can be a worker with stable income, ideally you go to a work place instead of working from home. You must be able to clean up after yourself, respectful and considerate. No racists, sexists or any -ists that is uncool. POC & LGBTQI+ friendly is a must.
