It's one hour away from Berlin-Ostkreuz. This explains the affordable price.
100€ per MONTH.* Not per week. You will have extra cost for heating, depending on how much time you actually spend at home.
The room comes with ANMELDUNG.

As it was already said, it's not in Berlin. You may compute from there to Berlin. You may just use the room as your base in Germany, and travel around in the country, or in the world.
It's in the town center of a small town with lots of forests and lakes around.
And it cost just 100€ per MONTH! (+ heating material you use)
Hi, there, the flatshare is still under construction! We are currently searching for awesome people who want to take up the challenge of living in a small town in Brandenburg.
The price might sound ridiculously cheap: just 100€, but it reflects that it's one hour away from Berlin. Many expats in Berlin have never been that far out...
The room comes with ANMELDUNG.
And the Ausländerbehörde is usually faster and much, much more friendly than the one in Berlin.
You might ask yourself whether it's ethical to live in the Brandenburg countryside and be a driver of gentrification there...
