Hey,
ich biete ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG in Friedrichshain. Du hättest eine Mitbewohnerin. Es ist 14qm groß und sehr süß und gemütlich. Es wird teilmöbliert vermietet, also es gibt einen Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange, einen Stuhl & ein kleines Regal.
Es gibt natürlich eine Küche, die auch recht groß und gemütlich ist und ein Bad mit Fenster und Dusche.
Ich habe monatlich 400,-€ warm gezahlt und eine Kaution von 2 Monatsmieten sprich 800€, aber bin nicht sicher, ob es bei dir genauso wäre. Das kann man aber sicher klären, falls Interesse besteht. Mein Vermieter ist selbst der eigentlich Mieter der Wohnung und es wäre ein Untermietvertrag. Ich habe dort 11 Monate gewohnt und hatte immer ein super Verhältnis zu ihm und nie Probleme. Er ist sehr entgegenkommend.

Hey,
the room is 14qm and really sweet and cozy. There is some furniture in the room like a desk, a chair, a clothes rack and a little shelf.
The kitchen is pretty big and cozy too. The bathroom is small but nice and has a window and a big shower. You'd be living together with one girl.
I paid 400€ for everything a month. At the beginning, I had to pay a deposit of two rents so 800€ but I'm not sure if it'd be the same for you. We could figure this out with my landlord if you're interested. He used to live here himself and is still the landlord of the apartment so it would be a sublet contract. I lived there 11 months and we were always getting along very well and he is very kind and understanding.
