Hey! Ich suche kurzfristig eine Mitbewohner:in vom 01.08. bis 30.09. 2021 für ein möbliertes Zimmer hier im Friedrichshain. Das Zimmer in der Platte ist hell, ruhig und im 11. Stock mit Blickrichtung nach Westen.
Ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, Regal, einem Schreibtisch und einer Kleiderstange.
Hey! I'm currently looking for a short notice roommate from Aug.1st 2020 until Sep.30th 2021 in a furnished room in Friedrichshain. The room itself is bright, not noisy and in the 11th floor facing southwards. It's furnished with a double bed, a shelve, a desk and a clothes rail.
Mitten im Plattenbaukiez des Friedrichshains. Entspannt zu erreichen vom Ostbahnhof, oder U-Bhf. Weberwiese. In der Umgebung sind ein Edeka, Netto, und der täglich geöffnete Rewe im Ostbahnhof, ein kleiner Späti ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Spreeufer, Warschauer Straße, Schlesisches Tor und der Boxhagener Kiez sind praktisch um die Ecke.
In the middle of the prefab-neighborhood of Friedrichshain. Easy accessible from Ostbahnhof or U-Bhf. Weberwiese. There is an Edeka, a Netto and a daily opened Rewe at the Ostbahnhof. You'll also find a small Späti, post office and takeaway-shops here. The riverside of the spree, Warschauer Straße, Schlesisches Tor and Boxhagener Kiez are basically around the corner.
Dies ist eine reine Zweck-WG, es werden keine Kochabende o.Ä. verlangt. Solange du entspannt und sauber bist, ist alles im grünen Bereich. Gemeinschaftsräume werden abwechselnd 1x die Woche gereinigt.
This is a Zweck-WG, which means that there is no necessity of things like cooking or spending time together.
As long as you're relaxed and tidy, everything's cool. Common rooms will be cleaned rotatory once a week.
Falls du ohne deine Kippen nicht leben kannst, gibts auf der Etage ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Außerdem gibt es im EG einen Concierge, der all deine Pakete annimmt, falls du abwesend bist. Momentan wegen Covid-19 auch kein großer Besuch/Homeparties o.Ä. erwünscht.
Zu mir selbst: 26 Jahre alt, geboren und aufgewachsen in Berlin. Sitze momentan an meiner Masterarbeit in Architektur.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Julie ist 22, kommt aus Frankreich und macht ein Praktikum in Berlin.

If you can't live without your smoke, there is a public balcony on this floor. You'll also have access in the first floor to a concierge who stores every package you ordered online. Due to Covid-19, there aren't any home parties or large scale visits welcomed.
