Hello everyone, we offer a 20m² fully furnished room in a 3-people-WG for subletting in January. If you are keen to spend a month of your "corona winter" in a lively WG, you're right here!
Subletting would be January, I'm flexible though if you need more weeks.
Home office very possible, I normally do that so I have a big screen and some "standing desk equipment".
Own access to one of two balconies and rooftop access included (to be fair, it's cold up there now). 1 balcony behind the kitchen, 1 you share with my flatmate Fabian, both rather big (ca. 6-8 m²).
Social Life: No living room, but we hang out together a lot, including with our neighbours sometimes. My two flatmates are male and full-time working, so during the week it might be rather chill/quiet. Weekends we do fun stuff as far as lock-down lets us 😉
Location: Friedrichshain, close to river Spree/Boxi/Ostkreuz.
Cost: 580 EUR/month (all included)
Entire flat (without the house-shared rooftop): 100m²

Ostkreuz and Warschauer Straße S-Bahn are 12min, Treptower Park is 15min. Buses very closeby. Spree is 3min, Boxi is 10min.
