Big bright room (including bed and desk) for short-term rent as of now with possible extension if desired :)
The room is quiet and facing the backyard with a nice tree view. You will share the apartment with Silvia (33) and a lot of plants. There is a big spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with a new oven, spülmachine and fridge/freezer, and has plenty of space for cozy meals and conversation.
The bathroom has a bathtub as well as washer and dryer.
Since Silvia works from home at the moment it is important that you be respectful in terms of noise, but this should be a general and easy thing between respectful and kind roomies. However, you shouldn't mind if you sometimes hear your upstairs neighbor's guitar - very fhain, I guess ;)
I am looking for someone who will treat my apartment with care and contribute to a nice and cozy home atmosphere, as well as watering my plants when needed and (if wanted) having some of the in your room :)
Would love to hear a bit about you and possibly have a skype meeting if you could be interested in renting the room.

Großes helles Zimmer (inklusive Bett und Schreibtisch) zur Zwischenmiete ab sofort mit möglicher Verlängerung wenn gewünscht!
Das Zimmer ist ruhig und zum Hinterhof mit Blick auf einen schönen Baum gelegen. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Silvia (33) und einer Menge Pflanzen. Es gibt eine große geräumige Küche, die mit einem neuen Backofen, einer Spülmaschine und einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank voll ausgestattet ist und viel Platz für gemütliche Mahlzeiten und Gespräche bietet.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Da Silvia im Moment von zu Hause aus arbeitet, ist es wichtig, dass du Rücksicht nimmst, was den Lärm angeht, aber das sollte eine selbstverständliche und entspannte Sache zwischen respektvollen und freundlichen Mitbewohner*innen sein. Allerdings sollte es dich nicht stören, wenn du manchmal die Gitarre des Nachbarn im Obergeschoss hörst - sehr fhain also ;)
Ich suche jemanden, der meine Wohnung pfleglich behandelt und zu einer schönen und gemütlichen Wohnatmosphäre beiträgt, sowie bei Bedarf meine Pflanzen gießt und (wenn gewünscht) einige davon in seinem Zimmer hat :)

Right around the corner from Ostkreuz, so very easy to get to and from here, as well as enjoying Rummelsburger bucht or Treptower park for a walk if you like.
