Ich ziehe kurzfristig wegen persönlicher Gründe um und vermiete mein WG-Zimmer im sehr zentralen Samariterkiez unter bzw. kann der Mietvertag auch ggf. als Nachmieter direkt übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer liegt zur Südseite, ist klassischer Altbau und hat Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, ggf. kann ich euch nach Absprache aber einzelne Möbelstücke veräußern.
Die Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet, mein Mietvertrag läuft noch ein Jahr, kann ggf. gleich übernommen/verlängert werden (also länger als 1 Jahr), ansonsten wärst du Untermieter von mir.

Alles sehr ruhig, dennoch ist man überall in wenigen Minuten.
Haltestelle Frankfurter-Allee und Storkower-Str. sind beide ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Boxhagener-Platz ist auch nur 10-15 Minuten weg.
Supermärkte wie Lidl, Rewe oder Bio Company sind auch schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

Everything is very quiet, yet you are everywhere in a few minutes.
S-Bahn Frankfurter-Allee and Storkower-Str. are both about 8 minutes walk away.
Supermarkets such as Lidl, Rewe or Bio Company are also within walking distance.
Aktuell ist die WG eher als Zwecks-WG zu verstehen.
Jan arbeitet als Software-Entwickler und macht meistens sein Ding. Wenn man mal Hilfe o.Ä. braucht ist er aber immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Das andere Zimmer wird ebenfalls ab März vermietet, ggf. Kann hier zB ein Freund vorgeschlagen werden.
In der Küche sind alle wichtigen Utensilien und genug Platz vorhanden.

Ich schlage euch als Untermieter oder ggf. direkt als Nachmieter bei meinem Vermieter vor.
Ihr benötigt Nachweise über:
- euer Einkommen (Gehalt, BaFöG, o.Ä), sollte mind. 1500€/mtl. betragen (ansonsten müsste ggf eine zweite Person den Vertrag aufgenommen werden)
- Mietschuldenbefreiung
- Personalausweis
- Aktuelle SCHUFA (solicitar ahora)
- Selbstauskunft
Wenn alles passt, schlage ich dich dem Vermieter als Nachmieter vor, du würdest dann meinen Vertrag übernehmen.
Ansonsten können wir uns ggf. auch auf einen Untermietvertrag mit mir einigen, so hättest du eine kürzere Kündigungsfrist.
Nur mit entsprechenden und passenden Dokumenten kann ich euch beim Vermieter vorschlagen. Dieser entscheidet am Ende.
