We are Mika, Marvin and Valentina! We're looking for a new flatmate to our 4er WG located in Persiusstrasse. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe and will be free from 1st of May - it's rather small but cozy and I really enjoyed my stay in this room. The apartment is newly refurbished (we moved in in December).
We have a table for 4 people in the kitchen and the apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner etc.) with a modern bathroom.
We are looking for an easy-going, communicative and friendly person who really appreciate cleanliness and has a good sense of community and responsibility. :) We understand the need for privacy but we'd be happy to spend some time together and have a usual chat in the kitchen time to time. Also happy to share some other activities!
The Anmeldung is possible and the price (390 EUR) includes everything, there is a Kaution (1000 euro, to be discussed with the landlord).
The location of the apartment is amazing! Our Wohnung is located between Ostkreuz and Treptower Park (5 min walking). All essentials shops like supermarkets, Spati etc. are very close.
The area is very peaceful and you need only 10 min walking to Boxi, Warschauer Str. or Treptower.
Your future flatmates are: Mika (25) from Poland working in a start up in Berlin and studying economics, Marvin (26) from Germany working as an operations manager, Valentina (28) from Chile, in Berlin since around a year. We all moved to this apartment few months ago and still getting to know each other and we'd love to find a new person who brings good vibes to the apartment! :)
We are all very easy-going and our shared life is generally rather relaxed. We work during the week but we like to hang around or grab a beer on the weekend.
We have a cleaning schedule for every week.
The move in date is slightly flexible.
We'd love to meet you in person but the zoom/Skype call is also possible. Please send us a few lines about yourself and add a pic or instagram :)
