The very nice room is facing south and has a small private balcony. It is very quiet as the building is newly built with modern windows. The room is very bright and hasparquet floors and underfloor heating. Fully furnished. The room opens on a small hallway where the bathroom with shower and a kitchenette are located, this space is shared with the other roommate who also has a room in the same hallway.There is a 3rd roommate who has their own space in the house.The spaces shared among all 3 tenants are: a large living room and kitchen which has all kitchen equipment: a refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes etc.. (everything was newly acquired in 2018 and is well maintained).Everything is cleaned every 14 day
Das Zimmer liegt auf der Südseite und hat einen kleinen Balkon.
Absolut ruhig wegen moderner Verglasung.Sehr hell. Parkettfußboden und Fußbodenheizung. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert.
das Zimmer geht ab von einem kleinen Flur. dort liegt auch das Duschbad ( geteilt mit anderer Bewohnerin , deren Zimmer auch an diesem Flur liegt ) und eine Teeküche.
Gemeinsam ist ein großer Raum mit Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank ( alles neu angeschafft 2018 und gut gepflegt ) .
Küchenausstattung, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Geschirr etc.
werden gemeinsam genutzt .
14 tägig wird alles gereinigt.

The WG was founded in 2018 and has remained to this day. Two young working women (one of them is now leaving the room) and an old woman. The older one is originally from Berlin and is happy to help with learning German and getting to know Berlin.Living in a shared flat was very peaceful and fun. We sometimes cook together, chat when we meet,go on excursions, culture, etc. together. Everything without compulsion, everyone can withdraw. we feel living in a something kind of special WG.
Die WG wurde 2018 gegründet und besteht bis heute unverändert. Zwei Junge Frauen( berufstätig ) und eine alte Frau. Die ältere ist Ur - berlinerin und hilft gerne beim Deutschlernen und Berlin kennenlernen.
das WG - Leben ist sehr friedlich verlaufen. wir kochen manchmal zusammen, quatschen, wenn wir uns treffen, machen auch Ausflüge Kultur usw. zusammen. Alles ohne Zwang . jeder kann sich zurückziehen. wir denken , dass wir einer etwas anderen WG leben, alt und jung zusammen.
Long-term rental is desired.We are happy to arrange a trial period and if the chemistry doesn't work out, anyone can get out without prejudice. We want everyone to feel good, that's very important to us
Die Vermietung kann zum Ausprobieren befristet werden. bei gegenseitigem Gefallen aber gerne verlängert, im prinzip ist längerfristig gewünscht.
