Ab Juni 2020 suche ich Nachmieterin für einen sonnigen ca. 23 m2 Zimmer direkt am Frankfurter Tor, Friedrichshain.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert aber in der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht, sogar Klimaanlage.
Ich suche eine berüfstätige Frau ab 25 Jahre alt, die verantwortlich ist und Katzen liebt, da in der Wohnung 2 kleine süße Sphynx wohnen.

I am looking for a somebody to take over my bright and sunny 23 m2 room right next to Frankfurter Tor in Friedrichshain, Berlin.
The room is not furnished but the house is equipped with everything you may need, including air conditioner in the room.
I am looking for a working woman between 25-35 years old, who is responsible and likes pets, specially cats since there are 2 beautiful and sweet Sphynx cats living in the apartment.

Das Zimmer befindet sich zwischen Frankfurter Tor und Samariterstraße, U5 ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß sowie M10 Tram, Frankfurter Allee Ringbahn ist nur 2 Stationen weit. In unserem Kiez man hat alles um die Ecke, Supermärkte, Kneippen und schöne Cafes.

The apartment is located between Frankfurter Tor and Samariterstrasse, the U5 entrance station and the M10 Tram are only 3 minutes away. Frankfurter Allee Ringbahn is only 2 U-Bahn stations away and you can easily get to Warschauer Straße with the M10 Tram. The apartment is very well located and the neighborhood has everything you need: EDEKA, Netto, Rewe, DM, Rossman, a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Gesucht wird eine absolute Katzenfreundin, hier wohnen 2 kleine Sphynx Damen, sie sind sehr lieb und anhänglich und freuen sich auf das Spielen und Kuscheln.
Außerdem, die Angebot ist für eine Berufstätige Person die verantwortlich und respektvoll ist. Die Mitbewohnerin studiert und arbeitet nebenbei, deswegen Ruhe ist ihr sehr wichtig. Wenn sie nicht bei der Arbeit oder in der Uni bin, schreibt und liest viel zu Hause.
Die jetzige Mitbewohnerin hat nicht zu viel Zeit, aber wenn sie den findet, mag sie für die WG kochen und quatschen ;) deswegen freut sie sich auf eine freundliche Mitbewohnerin.

I am looking for somebody who is pet and cat friendly, since there are 2 small Sphynx cats living in the apartment. The cats are extremely sweet and loving, and they like to play in the afternoons and cuddle.
Moreover, we are offering the room to a working woman between 25-35 years, who is responsible and respectful. The current flat mate studies and works from home, therefore is quietness very important in this apartment.
The current flat mate does not have much time, but whenever she can she likes to cook for the WG and chat 😊 for that reason we are looking for somebody who is friendly and open-minded.
