Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock, Hinterhaus. Das Zimmer ist mit 23qm großzügig geschnitten und hell. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, gerade nutze ich es aber als Arbeitszimmer. Der Erker eignet sich gut für eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Wir können gerne darüber reden, ob die momentane Konstruktion übernommen werden soll :)
Die S-Bahn Station Frankfurter Allee ist direkt vor der Tür, daher hört man die Bahn auch in der Wohnung. Die Geräusche sind nicht besonders schlimm, aber vielleicht gut zu erwähnen :)
Der Blick aus dem Zimmer geht schön ins Grüne auf einen riesigen Kastanienbaum.
The flat is on the second floor of a Altbau building. The room is spacious and bright. It‘s not going to be furnished, but I‘m using it as a room to study right now. The corner at the window is great to create a cozy area to sit and relax. We can definitely talk about wether or you want to keep the current construction :)
Since the S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee is right outside, you can hear it also inside the apartment, but itms not too bad. Just worth noting :) The view from your room is still nice and green - there‘s a huge chestnut tree right in front of the window.
S-/U-Bahn Frankfurter Allee is a 2 minute walk, there‘s also a tram station
Ich (Anna, 24, sie/keine Pronomen) suche ab 1.8. ein*e Mitbewohner*in (FLINTA*) für eine 2er WG in Fhain.
Da ich Jura studiere und zur Zeit in der Examensvorbereitung bin, verbringe ich viel Zeit am Schreibtisch, würde aber dennoch ungern nur nebeneinanderher leben :) Schön wäre deshalb ein Interesse am ein oder anderen gemeinsamen Essen/Bier/Veranstaltung/Plaudern in der Küche.
Wenn ich nicht am Schreibtisch bin, bin ich meistens unterwegs, im Sommer am See, in einem brandenburger Pachtgarten, den ich mir mit ein paar anderen Leuten teile, am Wochenende auf Demos, vor Corona auch Clubs, das übliche eben.
Neben mir wohnt auch Kater Mikesch (19) bereits hier. Er mault ab und zu, wenn er zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit/Essen bekommt, ist aber sonst sehr umgänglich. Da er momentan beide Zimmer bewohnt, wäre es schön, wenn das in Zukunft ungefähr so bleiben könnte :)

I'm Anna (24, she/they) and currently studying law, which is why I spend a lot of time at my desk reading. Still I'd like to not only live together but also spend some time together :) So I'd be nice if you would be up to share a meal/drink/chat in the kitchen occassionally.
If I'm not studying I'm mostly outside during summer, at the lake, in a garden in Brandenburg, that I share with some other people or going to protests on the weekends, before corona I regularly went to clubs, but you know..
My cat Mikesch (19) lives with me as well. He's quite sociable but tends to complain from time to time if he's not getting enough attention/food. At the moment he's free to use both rooms in the apartment and it would be nice if that was still the case in the future :)
