Die wunderschöne Altbauwohnung hat hohe Decken und ist im ersten Stock. Sie ist stylish und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet einen perfekten Rückzugsort in Mitten des Berliner Trubels. Mein Zimmer ist groß mit genügend Platz für Yoga, tanzen, chillen, oder auch arbeiten. Mein Schreibtisch ist ein Stehtisch. Wir haben leider kein Wohnzimmer, dafür aber ein großes Bad und eine schöne Küche. Mein Zimmer ist mit Blick auf einen Kirschbaum zur Straße und hat große Fenster. Du kannst gerne meine Musikboxen und auch mein 1A Fahrrad benutzen.
The beautiful old apartment has high ceilings and is in the first floor. It's decorated stylish and with love and provides a perfect resort in the middle of the Berlin buzz. My room is big and has enough space to dance, do yoga, chill or work. My desk is a standing desk. We sadly do not have a living room, but a big bathroom and a pretty kitchen where you can chill with the housemates if you wish. My room faces the street and a big cherry tree. I furnished it in a nature-connected and thoughtful way. You are welcome to use my speakers and my super nice bike.
Super Anbindung zu den Öffis. Kurzer Fußweg zur Tram, Ostkreuz und auch Warschauer Straße. Boxi ist gleich um die Ecke. Get ready for a super hip lifestyle! :D Gleich zwei Flohmärkte direkt um die Ecke (auf dem Boxi und RAW Gelände). Top Cafés für dicke Brunch Sessions, Festival vibe jeden Tag, süße Läden und second hand stores, Eismanufakturen, beste Falaffel, Clubs - alles unter 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Great connection to public transport. Good old popular Boxi is right around the corner, market and festival feelings included. Amazing coffee places, cute sstores, ice cream manufactures, bars, clubs - everything within 2 minutes by foot. It's awesome trust me :)
My housemates are THE BEST and most BEAUTIFUL strong inspiring ladies you will ever meet. If you decide to not socialize too much, that's also very fine as they might be pretty busy spreading their sparkle and saving the world.
It would be great if you already have some experience with sharing space communally. I would not want to stress my housemates by getting someone in who still needs to learn certain basic rules, like cleaning after oneself in the kitchen, scrubing the toilet or that it can be rude to block the bathroom for hours ;P.
