ich biete hier ein Zimmer in meiner WG an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG eines Plattenbaus aus den 60er Jahren.
Die Wohnung wird aktuell noch komplett renoviert. Es wurde alles komplett erneuert (Boden, Decken, Elektrik, Heizung).
Es handelt sich dabei um eine Pauschalmiete, inkl. Wasser, Strom, Heizung und Nutzung des Internets (150 MBit/s).

This is a flat rate rent, including bills such as internet (150 MBit/s), water, electricity.
Die Fürstenwalder Straße liegt sehr gut angebunden in Friedrichshain.
Durch 3 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht ihr die U-Bahn-Station Strausberger Platz (U5). Innerhalb weniger Minuten seid ihr somit mitten in der Stadt (Alexanderplatz).
Strausberger Platz -> Alexanderplatz = 3 Minuten
Strausberger Platz -> Ostkreuz = 10 Minuten
Strausberger Platz -> Warschauer Straße = 13 Minuten

After 3 minutes walking you will reach the U-Bahn-Station Strausberger Platz (U5). Within a few minutes you can reach the town centre (Alexanderplatz).

Da es sich um eine Neugründung handelt, kannst Du aktiv an der Gestaltung der WG mitwirken.
Wichtig ist, dass wir uns zusammen wohlfühlen und ein gutes Gefühl miteinander haben. Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird natürlich immer geschätzt. Notwendige Aufgaben werden erkannt und proaktiv gelöst (Müll rausbringen etc.) :)

Mindestmietdauer sind 6 Monate, gerne aber auch länger. Unbefristet ist natürlich auch möglich.

Alles, was man braucht, ist bereits da:
