wir suchen eine Nette Zwischenmieterin von 01.09. bis 01.10 für ein schönes, großes möbliertes Zimmer im Herzen von Friedrichshain. Das Zimmer (ca. 21 qm inkl. Bett, Schrank & Sessel) mit einigem Balkon ist in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung in der Nähe von Boxhagener Platz und unzähligen Bars & Restaurants.
Öffi Anbindungen - Die folgende sind alle innerhalb 10 min fußläufig erreichbar:
S+U Bahn: Frankfurter Allee, Frankfurter Tor, Samariterstraße, Warschauerstraße, Ostkreuz.
Tram: M10, M13, M12
Buslinie 240 (fahrt direkt zu Ostbahnhof & Ostkreuz)
Das Zimmer kostet 650 EUR für den ganzen Monat (inkl. WLAN, Waschmaschine, Sprudel). Bei Interesse schick mal bitte eine PM mit einer kurzen Beschreibung von dir. :)
Hey lovely people,
we are looking for a temporary renter for the month of September (from 01.09. until 01.10.) for a big furnished room in the heart of Friedrichshain. The room, which is about 21 square meters, will come with a bed, wardrobe, armchair and private balcony. The apartment is located in a charming old Berlin apartment that is very close to Boxhagener Platz and a variety of bars and restaurants.
Connection to public transportation is fantastic and reachable within 10 min (or less) walking: S+U-Bahn: Frankfurter Allee, Frankfurter Tor, Samariterstraße, Warschauerstraße, Ostkreuz
Tram: M10, M21, M13
Bus: 240 (takes you directly to Ostbahnhof or Ostkreuz)
The price for the room for the whole month is 650 EUR (incl. WiFi, washing machine, sparkling water). If you are interested, please send over a PM with a brief description of yourself. :)
